Abstract
1. Способ получения связующего для масла с гранулированной структурой с открытыми порами и силикатно-керамической матрицей при использовании в сырье восстановленного бумажного сырья и глины, отличающийся тем, что в расчете на все сырье однородно смешивают 35-60 вес.% осветленного осадка с содержанием воды между 70 и 85 вес.%, 25-55 вес.% восстановленного бумажного сырья с содержанием воды между 35 и 55 вес.%, 10-25 вес.% глины и необязательно 1-3 вес.% цеолита, 1-2 вес.% жженой извести и/или до 3 вес.% летучей золы и затем полученное сырье перерабатывают в частицы со средним диаметром 4-6 мм, после чего проводят сушку частиц, которые затем обжигают при 950-1050°C. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что для образования смеси, содержащей органические и минеральные компоненты, используют по меньшей мере минеральные компоненты с размером частиц <100 мкм. ! 3. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что применяют частично обезвоженный осадок городских сточных вод с содержанием воды примерно 75-80 вес.% и количеством органического материала примерно 50-60 вес.% в расчете на полную сухую массу. ! 4. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что применяют восстановленный бумажное сырье с количеством органики примерно от 70 до 90 вес.% от полной массы. ! 5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что глину используют в виде глиняной муки с размером частиц <100 мкм, в частности 60 мкм. ! 6. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что жженую известь и/или летучую золу используют в количестве, соответствующем восстановленному бумажному материалу. ! 7. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что глина до 3 вес.% от количества глины заменена лигнином или предварительно смешанными производным лигнина и глиной. ! 8. С
Claims (12)
1. Способ получения связующего для масла с гранулированной структурой с открытыми порами и силикатно-керамической матрицей при использовании в сырье восстановленного бумажного сырья и глины, отличающийся тем, что в расчете на все сырье однородно смешивают 35-60 вес.% осветленного осадка с содержанием воды между 70 и 85 вес.%, 25-55 вес.% восстановленного бумажного сырья с содержанием воды между 35 и 55 вес.%, 10-25 вес.% глины и необязательно 1-3 вес.% цеолита, 1-2 вес.% жженой извести и/или до 3 вес.% летучей золы и затем полученное сырье перерабатывают в частицы со средним диаметром 4-6 мм, после чего проводят сушку частиц, которые затем обжигают при 950-1050°C.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что для образования смеси, содержащей органические и минеральные компоненты, используют по меньшей мере минеральные компоненты с размером частиц <100 мкм.

4. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что применяют восстановленный бумажное сырье с количеством органики примерно от 70 до 90 вес.% от полной массы.
5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что глину используют в виде глиняной муки с размером частиц <100 мкм, в частности 60 мкм.
6. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что жженую известь и/или летучую золу используют в количестве, соответствующем восстановленному бумажному материалу.
7. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что глина до 3 вес.% от количества глины заменена лигнином или предварительно смешанными производным лигнина и глиной.
8. Способ по п.4, отличающийся тем, что предварительная смесь лигнина или производного лигнина с глиной содержит до 10 вес.% лигнина или производного лигнина от полного содержания предварительной смеси.
9. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что сырье экструдируют с образованием частиц в форме макаронин.
10. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что сырье перерабатывают далее с образованием гранул.
11. Связующее для масла, полученное способом по одному из пп.1-7, отличающееся тем, что связующее для масла имеет насыпной вес от 0,4 до 0,75 кг/л.
12. Связующее для масла, полученное способом по одному из пп.1-7, отличающееся тем, что связующее для масла имеет способность связывать 0,7-1,01 масла на кг связующего.
