Abstract

1. Устройство для очистки выхлопного газа, отличающееся тем, что оно содержит: ! двигатель для обедненной топливной смеси, работающий на воздухе с избытком кислорода до топливного коэффициента; ! катализатор Pd, помещенный в выхлопной газ из двигателя для обедненной топливной смеси, образованный посредством нанесения высокой концентрации Pd в диапазоне 3 вес.% или более на пористый оксид и являющийся свободным от адсорбирующего NOx материала, выбранного из щелочных металлов или щелочноземельных металлов; и ! средство для обогащения для временного образования из атмосферы выхлопного газа вокруг катализатора Pd обогащенной атмосферы посредством подачи высококипящего HC в выхлопной газ; ! при этом катализатор Pd используется в атмосфере, в которой обедненная атмосфера и обогащенная атмосфера поочередно повторяются, и восстанавливает и очищает NOx в выхлопном газе в диапазоне низких температур от 200 до 300°C. ! 2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что количество Pd, нанесенного на катализатор Pd, составляет от 5 до 10 г на литр объема катализатора Pd. ! 3. Устройство по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что катализатор Pd дополнительно содержит Pt, и весовое отношение Pt/Pd составляет от 0,02 до 0,18. ! 4. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что катализатор, предназначенный для хранения и восстановления NOx, покрыт благородным металлом, и материал для хранения NOx помещен на сторону ниже по потоку выхлопного газа катализатора Pd. ! 5. Способ очистки выхлопного газа для очистки NOx в выхлопном газе посредством помещения катализатора для очистки выхлопного газа по любому из пп.1-4 в систему выпуска выхлопного газа из двигателя для обедненной топливной смеси,

Claims (5)

1. Устройство для очистки выхлопного газа, отличающееся тем, что оно содержит:
двигатель для обедненной топливной смеси, работающий на воздухе с избытком кислорода до топливного коэффициента;
катализатор Pd, помещенный в выхлопной газ из двигателя для обедненной топливной смеси, образованный посредством нанесения высокой концентрации Pd в диапазоне 3 вес.% или более на пористый оксид и являющийся свободным от адсорбирующего NOx материала, выбранного из щелочных металлов или щелочноземельных металлов; и
средство для обогащения для временного образования из атмосферы выхлопного газа вокруг катализатора Pd обогащенной атмосферы посредством подачи высококипящего HC в выхлопной газ;
при этом катализатор Pd используется в атмосфере, в которой обедненная атмосфера и обогащенная атмосфера поочередно повторяются, и восстанавливает и очищает NOx в выхлопном газе в диапазоне низких температур от 200 до 300°C.
2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что количество Pd, нанесенного на катализатор Pd, составляет от 5 до 10 г на литр объема катализатора Pd.
3. Устройство по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что катализатор Pd дополнительно содержит Pt, и весовое отношение Pt/Pd составляет от 0,02 до 0,18.
4. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что катализатор, предназначенный для хранения и восстановления NOx, покрыт благородным металлом, и материал для хранения NOx помещен на сторону ниже по потоку выхлопного газа катализатора Pd.
5. Способ очистки выхлопного газа для очистки NOx в выхлопном газе посредством помещения катализатора для очистки выхлопного газа по любому из пп.1-4 в систему выпуска выхлопного газа из двигателя для обедненной топливной смеси, работающего на воздухе с избытком кислорода до топливного коэффициента, временного образования из атмосферы выхлопного газа вокруг катализатора Pd обогащенной атмосферы посредством средства для обогащения и вновь создания после этого обедненной атмосферы и обогащенной атмосферы.
