Abstract
1. Устройство по п. 1, в котором контроллер дополнительно обеспечивает регулирование путем управления доступом терминалов в сектор на основании, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе от, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора. ! 4. Устройство по п. 3, в котором контроллер обеспечивает управление доступом терминалов в сектор дополнительно на основании класса приоритета пользователя, класса качества обслуживания (QoS) или их комбинации. ! 5. Устройство по п. 1, в котором контроллер обеспечивает блокирование доступа к сектору или отмену назначения терминалов, которым уже предоставлен доступ к сектору, если какой-либо из, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора воспринимает чрезмерную помеху. ! 6. Claims (29)
1. Устройство, содержащее
память,
процессор, соединенный с памятью и предназначенный для регулирования передачи данных для терминалов в секторе на основании, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе, полученного от, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора, причем, по меньшей мере, один отчет о помехе содержит информацию, указывающую измерения в, по меньшей мере, одном соседнем секторе, на основании, по меньшей мере, одного терминала из терминалов.
2. Устройство по п. 1, в котором отчет о помехе для, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора указывает пороги и измерения, воспринимаемые в, по меньшей мере, одном соседнем секторе для, по меньшей мере, одного терминала из терминалов.
3. Устройство по п. 1, в котором контроллер дополнительно обеспечивает регулирование путем управления доступом терминалов в сектор на основании, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе от, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора.
4. Устройство по п. 3, в котором контроллер обеспечивает управление доступом терминалов в сектор дополнительно на основании класса приоритета пользователя, класса качества обслуживания (QoS) или их комбинации.
5. Устройство по п. 1, в котором контроллер обеспечивает блокирование доступа к сектору или отмену назначения терминалов, которым уже предоставлен доступ к сектору, если какой-либо из, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора воспринимает чрезмерную помеху.
6. Устройство по п. 1, в котором контроллер обеспечивает управление нагрузкой сектора на основании, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе от, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора.
7. Устройство по п. 1, в котором контроллер дополнительно обеспечивает регулирование путем изменения диспетчеризации терминалов в секторе для передачи данных на основании, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе от, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора.
8. Устройство по п. 1, в котором контроллер дополнительно обеспечивает регулирование путем снижения скорости передачи данных для, по меньшей мере, одного из терминалов в секторе, если какой-либо из, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора воспринимает чрезмерную помеху.
9. Устройство по п. 1, в котором контроллер дополнительно обеспечивает регулирование путем назначения каналов трафика терминалам в секторе на основании, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе от, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора.
10. Устройство, содержащее:
средство приема, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе от, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора, причем, по меньшей мере, один отчет о помехе для, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора содержит информацию, указывающую измерения в, по меньшей мере, одном соседнем секторе на основании, по меньшей мере, одного терминала из терминалов сектора, и
средство регулировки передач данных для терминалов в секторе на основании, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе от, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора.
11. Устройство по п. 10, в котором средство регулировки передач данных для терминалов в секторе содержит
средство управления доступом терминалов в сектор на основании, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе от, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора.
12. Устройство по п. 10, в котором средство регулировки передач данных для терминалов в секторе содержит
средство диспетчеризации терминалов в секторе для передачи данных на основании, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе от, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора.
13. Устройство по п. 10, в котором средство регулировки передач данных для терминалов в секторе содержит
средство назначения каналов трафика терминалам в секторе на основании, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе от, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора.
14. Устройство по п. 10, в котором отчет о помехе для, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора указывает пороги и измерения, воспринимаемые в, по меньшей мере, одном соседнем секторе для, по меньшей мере, одного терминала из терминалов.
15. Способ управления связью в системе беспроводной связи, содержащий этапы, на которых
принимают, по меньшей мере, один отчет о помехе от, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора, причем, по меньшей мере, один отчет о помехе содержит информацию, указывающую измерения в, по меньшей мере, одном соседнем секторе на основании, по меньшей мере, одного терминала из терминалов сектора, и
регулируют передачи данных для терминалов в секторе на основании, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе от, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора.
16. Способ по п. 15, в котором на этапе регулировки передач данных для терминалов в секторе
управляют доступом терминалов в сектор на основании, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе от, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора.
17. Способ по п. 15, в котором на этапе регулировки передач данных для терминалов в секторе
осуществляют диспетчеризацию терминалов в секторе для передачи данных на основании, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе от, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора.
18. Способ по п. 15, в котором на этапе регулировки передач данных для терминалов в секторе
назначают каналы трафика терминалам в секторе на основании, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе от, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора.
19. Устройство по п. 15, в котором отчет о помехе для, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора указывает пороги и измерения, воспринимаемые в, по меньшей мере, одном соседнем секторе для, по меньшей мере, одного терминала из терминалов.
20. Устройство, содержащее
память и
контроллер, предназначенный для генерирования отчета о помехе, указывающего измерения помехи в секторе, по меньшей мере, одним терминалом, по меньшей мере, одного другого сектора, и выдачи команды на передачу отчета о помехе в, по меньшей мере, один сектор.
21. Устройство по п. 20, в котором отчет о помехе указывает пороги и измерения, воспринимаемые в секторе для, по меньшей мере, одного терминала.
22. Устройство по п. 20, дополнительно содержащее
передающий блок, предназначенный для передачи отчета о помехе в, по меньшей мере, один другой сектор посредством проводного соединения на основании команд контроллера.
23. Устройство по п. 20, в котором проводное соединение содержит транзитное соединение.
24. Устройство по п. 20, в котором контроллер дополнительно обеспечивает генерирование другого отчета о помехе, указывающего измерения помехи в секторе, по меньшей мере, одним терминалом каждого другого сектора, и выдачу команд на передачу других отчетов о помехе в другой сектор.
25. Устройство, содержащее
средство генерации отчета о помехе, указывающего измерения помехи в секторе, по меньшей мере, одним терминалом, по меньшей мере, одного другого сектора, и
средство передачи отчета о помехе в, по меньшей мере, один сектор.
26. Устройство по п. 25, в котором отчет о помехе указывает пороги и измерения, воспринимаемые в секторе для, по меньшей мере, одного терминала.
27. Устройство по п. 25, в котором средство передачи содержит средство передачи посредством проводного соединения.
28. Устройство по п. 25, в котором проводное соединение содержит транзитное соединение.
29. Устройство по п. 25, в котором средство генерации содержит средство генерации другого отчета о помехе, указывающего измерения помехи в секторе, по меньшей мере, одним терминалом каждого другого сектора.
