Abstract
1. Устройство, содержащее: ! средство для формирования, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе на основании оценки помехи, предусмотренной для помехи, обнаруживаемой сектором вследствие передач с терминалов в соседних секторах; и ! средство для передачи в широковещательном режиме, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе на терминалы в, по меньшей мере, одном соседнем секторе. ! 2. Устройство по п.1, в котором первый сформированный отчет о помехе отражает помеху, обнаруживаемую сектором, в отношении, по меньшей мере, двух порогов. ! 3. Устройство по п.2, в котором первый сформированный отчет о помехе указывает, ниже ли помеха, обнаруживаемая сектором, чем первый порог, находится ли она между первым порогом и вторым порогом, или превышает ли она второй порог. ! 4. Устройство по п.1, в котором второй сформированный отчет о помехе содержит дополнительную более подробную информацию о помехе, обнаруживаемой сектором, чем первый сформированный отчет о помехе. ! 5. Устройство по п.4, дополнительно содержащее средство для формирования передач данных для терминалов в, по меньшей мере, одном соседнем секторе, который принимает второй отчет о помехе. ! 6. Устройство по п.1, дополнительно содержащее ! средство для управления доступом терминалов к сектору на основании, по меньшей мере, одного из принятого, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе, класса приоритета пользователя и класса качества обслуживания (QoS). ! 7. Устройство по п.1, дополнительно содержащее ! средство для отказа в доступе или отмены назначения терминалов, которым уже предоставлен доступ к сектору, на основании принятого, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе. ! 8. Claims (37)
1. Устройство, содержащее:
средство для формирования, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе на основании оценки помехи, предусмотренной для помехи, обнаруживаемой сектором вследствие передач с терминалов в соседних секторах; и
средство для передачи в широковещательном режиме, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе на терминалы в, по меньшей мере, одном соседнем секторе.
2. Устройство по п.1, в котором первый сформированный отчет о помехе отражает помеху, обнаруживаемую сектором, в отношении, по меньшей мере, двух порогов.
3. Устройство по п.2, в котором первый сформированный отчет о помехе указывает, ниже ли помеха, обнаруживаемая сектором, чем первый порог, находится ли она между первым порогом и вторым порогом, или превышает ли она второй порог.
4. Устройство по п.1, в котором второй сформированный отчет о помехе содержит дополнительную более подробную информацию о помехе, обнаруживаемой сектором, чем первый сформированный отчет о помехе.
5. Устройство по п.4, дополнительно содержащее средство для формирования передач данных для терминалов в, по меньшей мере, одном соседнем секторе, который принимает второй отчет о помехе.
6. Устройство по п.1, дополнительно содержащее
средство для управления доступом терминалов к сектору на основании, по меньшей мере, одного из принятого, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе, класса приоритета пользователя и класса качества обслуживания (QoS).
7. Устройство по п.1, дополнительно содержащее
средство для отказа в доступе или отмены назначения терминалов, которым уже предоставлен доступ к сектору, на основании принятого, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе.
8. Способ управления помехой в системе беспроводной связи, содержащий этапы, на которых:
формируют, по меньшей мере, один отчет о помехе на основании оценки помехи, предусмотренной для помехи, обнаруживаемой сектором вследствие передач с терминалов в соседние сектора; и
передают в широковещательном режиме, по меньшей мере, один отчет о помехе на терминалы в соседних секторах.
9. Способ по п.8, в котором первый сформированный отчет о помехе отражает помеху, обнаруживаемую сектором, в отношении, по меньшей мере, 2 порогов.
10. Способ по п.9, в котором первый сформированный отчет о помехе указывает, ниже ли помеха, обнаруживаемая сектором, чем первый порог, находится ли она между первым порогом и вторым порогом, или превышает ли она второй порог.
11. Способ по п.8, в котором второй сформированный отчет о помехе содержит дополнительную более подробную информацию о помехе, обнаруживаемой сектором, чем первый сформированный отчет о помехе.
12. Способ по п.11, дополнительно содержащий этап, на котором формируют передачи данных для терминалов, по меньшей мере, в одном соседнем секторе, который принимает второй отчет о помехе.
13. Способ по п.8, дополнительно содержащий этап, на котором управляют доступом терминалов к сектору на основании, по меньшей мере, одного из принятого, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе, класса приоритета пользователя и класса качества обслуживания (QoS).
14. Способ по п.8, дополнительно содержащий этап, на котором отказывают в доступе или отменяют назначение терминалов, которым уже предоставлен доступ к сектору, на основании принятого, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе.
15. Устройство, содержащее:
процессор, выполненный с возможностью предоставлять оценку помехи для помехи, обнаруживаемой сектором, вследствие передач с терминалов в соседних секторах;
контроллер, действующий для формирования, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе на основании оценки помехи; и
модуль передатчика, предназначенный для передачи в широковещательном режиме, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе на терминалы, по меньшей мере, в одном соседнем секторе.
16. Компьютерный программный продукт, содержащий машиночитаемый носитель, на котором сохранены инструкции, причем инструкции содержат:
код для формирования, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе на основании оценки помехи, предусмотренной для помехи, обнаруживаемой сектором вследствие передач с терминалов в соседних секторах; и
код для передачи в широковещательном режиме, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе на терминалы в соседних секторах.
17. Устройство, содержащее:
модуль приемника, предназначенный для приема, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе из, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора, причем отчет о помехе для каждого соседнего сектора указывает величину помехи, обнаруживаемой соседним сектором, вследствие передач с терминалов в другие сектора; и
контроллер, действующий для регулирования передач данных для терминалов в секторе на основании, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе из, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора.
18. Устройство по п.17, в котором отчет о помехе для каждого соседнего сектора указывает, обнаруживает ли соседний сектор чрезмерную помеху, превышающую заранее определенный порог.
19. Устройство по п.17, в котором контроллер действует для управления доступом терминалов к сектору на основании, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе из, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора.
20. Устройство по п.19, в котором контроллер действует для управления доступом терминалов к сектору дополнительно на основании класса приоритета пользователя, класса качества обслуживания (QoS) или их комбинации.
21. Устройство по п.17, в котором контроллер действует для отказа в доступе к сектору или отмены назначения терминалов, которым уже предоставлен доступ к сектору, если любой из, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора обнаруживает чрезмерную помеху.
22. Устройство по п.17, в котором контроллер действует для управления нагрузкой сектора на основании, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе из, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора.
23. Устройство по п.17, в котором контроллер действует для планирования терминалов в секторе для передачи данных на основании, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе из, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора.
24. Устройство по п.17, в котором контроллер действует для уменьшения скорости передачи данных для, по меньшей мере, одного терминала в секторе, если любой из, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора обнаруживает чрезмерную помеху.
25. Устройство по п.17, в котором контроллер действует для назначения каналов трафика терминалам в секторе на основании, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе из, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора.
26. Устройство по п.17, дополнительно содержащее модуль передатчика, предназначенный для передачи в широковещательном режиме, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе из, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора на терминалы в секторе.
27. Устройство, содержащее:
средство для приема, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе из, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора, причем отчет о помехе для каждого соседнего сектора указывает величину помехи, обнаруживаемой соседним сектором, вследствие передач с терминалов в других секторах; и
средство для регулирования передач данных для терминалов в секторе на основании, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе из, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора.
28. Устройство по п.27, в котором средство для регулирования передач данных для терминалов в секторе дополнительно содержит средство для управления доступом терминалов к сектору на основании, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе из, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора.
29. Устройство по п.27, в котором средство для регулирования передач данных для терминалов в секторе дополнительно содержит средство для планирования терминалов в секторе для передачи данных на основании, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе из, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора.
30. Устройство по п.27, в котором средство для регулирования передач данных для терминалов в секторе дополнительно содержит средство для назначения каналов трафика терминалам в секторе на основании, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе из, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора.
31. Устройство по п.27, дополнительно содержащее средство для передачи в широковещательном режиме, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе из, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора на терминалы в секторе.
32. Способ управления помехой в системе связи, содержащий этапы, на которых:
принимают, по меньшей мере, один отчет о помехе из, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора, причем отчет о помехе для каждого соседнего сектора указывает величину помехи, обнаруживаемой соседним сектором, вследствие передач с терминалов в других секторах; и
регулируют передачи данных для терминалов в секторе на основании, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе из, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора.
33. Способ по п.32, в котором этап регулировки передач данных для терминалов в секторе дополнительно содержит этап, на котором управляют доступом терминалов к сектору на основании, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе из, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора.
34. Способ по п.32, в котором этап регулировки передач данных для терминалов в секторе дополнительно содержит этап, на котором назначают терминалы в секторе для передачи данных на основании, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе из, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора.
35. Способ по п.32, в котором этап регулировки передач данных для терминалов в секторе дополнительно содержит этап, на котором назначают каналы трафика терминалам в секторе на основании, по меньшей мере, одного отчета о помехе из, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора.
36. Способ по п.32, дополнительно содержащий этап, на котором передают в широковещательном режиме, по меньшей мере, один отчет о помехе из, по меньшей мере, одного соседнего сектора на терминалы в секторе.
37. Машиночитаемый носитель, содержащий код для побуждения компьютера выполнять способ по любому из пп.32-36.
