Claims (23)

1. Устройство (1) для чрескожной стимуляции нерва человеческого тела, содержащее по меньшей мере один стимулирующий электрод (2) и один опорный электрод (3) для чрескожной стимуляции нерва, причем по меньшей мере один стимулирующий электрод (2) и один опорный электрод (3) соединены с блоком управления (4), через который они могут подпитываться электрическим током, причем по меньшей мере один стимулирующий электрод (2) и один опорный электрод (3) установлены в/на корпусе (5), выполненном для установки на ухе или в самом ухе человека, отличающееся тем, что корпус (5) имеет дугообразный отросток (6), выполненный для введения в слуховой проход, причем этот дугообразный отросток (6) по форме соответствует входу в слуховой проход, точнее его внешней части, и причем на конце дугообразного отростка (6) установлена контактная головка (7) с двумя контактами (8, 9) для обоих электродов (2, 3).
2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что оно соответствующим образом выполнено для стимуляции блуждающего нерва в области внешней части слухового прохода и/или ушной раковины.
3. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что блок (4) управления выполнен в корпусе (5).
4. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что блок (4) управления выполнен с возможностью извлечения из корпуса (5) и соединен с электродами (2,3).
5. Устройство по п.4, отличающееся тем, что связь является проводной.
6. Устройство по п.4, отличающееся тем, что связь является беспроводной, в частности радиосвязью.
7. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что контактная головка (7) выполнена из мягкого материала, в частности, из пластифицированного силикона.
8. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что контакты (8, 9) образованы металлическими шариками.
9. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что контакты (8, 9) образованы плоскими электродами.
10. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что контакты (8, 9) образованы элементом из материала с поверхностной электропроводностью, в частности из губки с графитовыми прослойками.
11. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что блок (4) управления пригоден для оказания воздействия на частоту переменного тока электродов (2, 3).
12. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что блок (4) управления пригоден для оказания воздействия на величину переменного тока электродов (2, 3).
13. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что блок (4) управления пригоден для оказания воздействия на длительность импульсов переменного тока электродов (2,3).
14. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что блок (4) управления пригоден для оказания воздействия на длительность периодов времени стимуляции с помощью переменного тока электродов (2, 3).
15. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что блок (4) управления пригоден для оказания воздействия на форму импульса переменного тока электродов (2, 3).
16. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что в устройстве установлена подзаряжаемая батарейка пуговичного типа (10), обеспечивающая блок (4) управления током.
17. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что оно содержит датчик для измерения физиологического параметра пациента.
18. Устройство по п.17, отличающееся тем, что физиологическим параметром является пульс пациента.
19. Устройство по п.17, отличающееся тем, что физиологическим параметром является насыщение крови пациента кислородом.
20. Устройство по п.17, отличающееся чипом памяти для записи результатов измерений, полученных с помощью датчика.
21. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что электроды (2, 3) встроены в наушник или наушники гарнитуры мобильного телефона, а блок (4) управления - в сам мобильный телефон.
22. Устройство по п.21, отличающееся тем, что связь между электродами (2, 3) и блоком (4) управления осуществляется по радиосвязи, в частности, с использованием технологий Blue-Tooth и WLAN.
23. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что электроды (2, 3) встроены в наушники плеера, а блок (4) управления - в сам плеер.
