Abstract
Description
多数の方法では、刺激電極を侵襲性導入する必要があり、麻酔及び外科手術の通常の危険性の他に、神経損傷の危険性及び感染リスクの危険性がある。
図1は、迷走神経の耳介枝の経皮的刺激用の装置の回路略図を示し、
図2は、BTE (behind the ear)つまり耳掛け形装置として構成された刺激装置を示す。
電池コンパートメント19は、小さな、有利には、サイズ13〜675のボタンセル電池を収容するために使われる。提案した装置を用いて、迷走神経に刺激を加える実施例について、以下説明する:給電される電流は、0.25〜1.5mAである。電流の周波数は、20〜30Hzである。パルス幅は、250〜500μsである。その際、電流は、3〜5分毎に約30secの間給電される。

Claims (23)
- 少なくとも1つの刺激電極(2)と、少なくとも1つの基準電極(3)を人体の神経の経皮的刺激用に有しており、前記少なくとも1つの刺激電極(2)と前記少なくとも1つの基準電極(3)は制御ユニット(4)と接続されており、前記制御ユニット(4)によって電流を給電することができ、前記少なくとも1つの刺激電極(2)及び前記少なくとも1つの基準電極(3)は、人間の耳のところ又は前記耳の中に形成されているケーシング(5)内又は前記ケーシング(5)のところに設けられている、人体の神経の経皮的刺激用の装置(1)において、
ケーシング(5)は、耳道内に挿入するために形成されたボウ状の突起部(6)を有しており、前記ボウ状の突起部(6)は、前記耳道入口乃至外耳道の形状を模造しており、前記ボウ状の突起部(6)の端部には、両電極(2,3)用の2つのコンタクト接続個所(8,9)を有する電極ヘッド(7)が設けられていることを特徴とする人体の神経の経皮的刺激用の装置。 - 外耳道及び/又は耳介の領域内の迷走神経を刺激するために構成されて、適合化されている請求項1記載の装置。
- 制御ユニット(4)がケーシング(5)内に設けられている請求項1又は2記載の装置。
- 制御ユニット(4)がケーシング(5)から取り外し可能であり、各電極(2,3)と接続されている請求項1又は2記載の装置。
- 接続は、ワイヤ接続である請求項4記載の装置。
- 接続は、ワイヤレス、例えば、無線接続である請求項4記載の装置。
- 電極ヘッドは、ソフトマテリアル、例えば、ソフトシリコン製である請求項1から6迄の何れか1記載の装置。
- コンタクト個所(8,9)は、金属球によって形成される請求項1から7迄の何れか1記載の装置。
- コンタクト個所(8,9)は、平坦な表面電極によって形成される請求項1から7迄の何れか1記載の装置。
- コンタクト個所(8,9)は、表面導電性の金属製エレメント、例えば、グラファイトインサート付きのスポンジから形成されている請求項1から7迄の何れか1記載の装置。
- 制御ユニット(4)は、各電極(2,3)を流れる交流電流の周波数を制御する請求項1から10迄の何れか1記載の装置。
- 制御ユニット(4)は、各電極(2,3)を流れる電流の高さを制御する請求項1から11迄の何れか1記載の装置。
- 制御ユニット(4)は、各電極(2,3)を流れる電流のパルスの長さを制御する請求項1から12迄の何れか1記載の装置。
- 制御ユニット(4)は、各電極(2,3)を流れる電流の刺激時間間隔を制御することができる請求項1から13迄の何れか1記載の装置。
- 制御ユニット(4)は、各電極(2,3)を流れる電流の時間経過を制御することができる請求項1から14迄の何れか1記載の装置。
- 装置には、再充電可能な電池(10)が設けられており、該電池は、制御ユニット(4)に電流を給電する請求項1から15迄の何れか1記載の装置。
- 患者の生理的パラメータを測定するためのセンサを有している請求項1から16迄の何れか1記載の装置。
- 生理的パラメータは、患者の脈拍である請求項17記載の装置。
- 生理的パラメータは、患者の血液の酸素飽和度である請求項17記載の装置。
- センサを用いて測定されたデータの記憶用のメモリチップを有する請求項17から19迄の何れか1記載の装置。
- 電極(2,3)は、モバイルテレホンフリートーク装置のイアホン乃至ヘッドホン内に組みこまれており、制御ユニット(4)は、モバイルホン内に組みこまれている請求項1から20迄の何れか1記載の装置。
- 各電極(2,3)と制御ユニット(4)との間の接続は、無線接続、例えば、ブルートゥース接続又はWLAN接続を介して行われる請求項21記載の装置。
- 電極(2,3)は、音楽再生装置のヘッドホン内に組みこまれており、制御ユニット(4)は、前記音楽再生装置の制御ユニット(4)内に組みこまれている請求項1から22迄の何れか1記載の装置。
