Abstract
Description
これまで、耳鳴り障害ないし耳鳴り問題と、神経学的、神経性神学的、または心身症的問題の両方に使用することのできる装置は知られていない。
人体の神経を経皮刺激するための装置を有し、この装置が少なくとも1つの刺激電極と、少なくとも1つの基準電極を経皮神経刺激のために備えることによって解決される。

Claims (19)
- 人間の耳に、または耳内に、または耳後方に装着するように構成されており、もケーシング(2)と、電気増幅器(3)と、スピーカ(4)と、耳への聴覚信号のための出力チャネル(5)とを有する聴覚的伝達装置(1)において、
人体の神経を経皮刺激するための装置(6)を有し、
該装置は少なくとも1つの刺激電極(7)と、少なくとも1つの基準電極(8)を経皮神経刺激のために備えることを特徴とする伝達装置。 - 請求項1記載の伝達装置において、
前記経皮神経刺激用の装置(6)は、前記伝達装置(1)の組み込み構成部材であることを特徴とする伝達装置。 - 請求項2記載の伝達装置において、
前記電気増幅器(3)の少なくとも1つの電子制御素子と、前記経皮神経刺激用の装置の少なくとも1つの電子制御素子は共通の電子モジュールとして構成されていることを特徴とする伝達装置。 - 請求項3記載の伝達装置において、
前記共通の電子モジュールは、共通の電子構成ユニット、とりわけ電気基板を有することを特徴とする伝達装置。 - 請求項1記載の伝達装置において、
前記経皮神経刺激用の装置(6)は固有のケーシング(9)を有し、該固有のケーシングは前記伝達装置(1)のケーシング(2)と結合されていることを特徴とする伝達装置。 - 請求項5記載の伝達装置において、
前記経皮神経刺激用の装置(6)のケーシング(9)と前記伝達装置(1)のケーシング(2)との結合は、脱着可能に構成されていることを特徴とする伝達装置。 - 請求項6記載の伝達装置において、
前記結合は、クリップ接続部(10)として構成されていることを特徴とする伝達装置。 - 請求項6または7記載の伝達装置において、
前記経皮神経刺激用の装置(6)のケーシング(9)と前記伝達装置(1)のケーシング(2)には、共働する結合エレメントが設けられていることを特徴とする伝達装置。 - 請求項1から8までのいずれか一項記載の伝達装置において、
さらにマイクロフォン(12)を有し、補聴器として構成されていることを特徴とする伝達装置。 - 請求項1から8までのいずれか一項記載の伝達装置において、
耳鳴りマスクとして構成されていることを特徴とする伝達装置。 - 請求項1から10までのいずれか一項記載の伝達装置において、
聴覚信号のための出力チャネル(5)の領域には、フレーム状突起(13)が結合可能または結合されており、
該フレーム状突起は耳道に挿入するように構成されており、
前記フレーム状突起(13)は、耳道入口ないしは外耳道の形状に適合されており、
前記フレーム状突起(13)の端部には電極ヘッド(14)が配置されており、
該電極ヘッドは、2つの電極(7,8)のためのコンタクト箇所(15,16)を有することを特徴とする伝達装置。 - 請求項11記載の伝達装置において、
前記フレーム状突起(13)はホース状に構成することができ、聴覚信号を出力するための開口部(17)を有することを特徴とする伝達装置。 - 請求項12記載の伝達装置において、
前記開口部(17)は、電極ヘッド(14)に配置されていることを特徴とする伝達装置。 - 請求項11から13までのいずれか一項記載の伝達装置において、
前記電極ヘッド(14)は、外耳道および/または耳介の領域にある迷走神経を刺激するように構成されていることを特徴とする伝達装置。 - 請求項11から14までのいずれか一項記載の伝達装置において、
前記電極ヘッド(14)は、軟材料、例えば、持続的な軟性シリコーンから形成されていることを特徴とする伝達装置。 - 請求項11から15までのいずれか一項記載の伝達装置において、
前記コンタクト箇所(15,16)は、金属球によって形成されることを特徴とする伝達装置。 - 請求項11から15までのいずれか一項記載の伝達装置において、
前記コンタクト箇所(15,16)は、偏平な表面電極によって形成されることを特徴とする伝達装置。 - 請求項11から15までのいずれか一項記載の伝達装置において、
前記コンタクト箇所(15,16)は、表面導電性の材料、ことにグラファイトを含有するスポンジから形成されていることを特徴とする伝達装置。 - 請求項1から18までのいずれか一項記載の伝達装置において、
さらに少なくとも1つのセンサ(18)を、当該伝達装置を使用するユーザの生理学的パラメータを測定するために有することを特徴とする伝達装置。
