Claims (20)
- 少なくとも1つの刺激電極(3)と少なくとも1つの基準電極(4)とを有する神経経皮刺激装置(2)が設けられており、
前記少なくとも1つの刺激電極(3)と前記少なくとも1つの基準電極(4)とが制御ユニット(5)へ接続されており、該制御ユニットから電流が印加され、
前記少なくとも1つの刺激電極(3)と前記少なくとも1つの基準電極(4)とは、ヒトの耳に接してあるいはヒトの耳の内部またはヒトの耳の裏側に取り付けられるように構成されたケーシング(6)の内部または側部に配置されている、
人体の神経に対する経皮刺激システム(1)において、
当該の経皮刺激システム(1)は神経刺激に対する少なくとも1つの刺激パラメータ(I,U,t,f)の特性を定義するためのプログラミング装置(7)を有しており、
前記神経経皮刺激装置(2)はメモリ素子(9)を備えたプログラミング可能な調整素子(8)を有しており、前記メモリ素子(9)は前記神経経皮刺激装置の前記制御ユニット(5)に接続されておりかつ前記少なくとも1つの刺激パラメータ(I,U,t,f)の特性を含むプログラムを記憶しており、
前記プログラミング装置(7)と前記調整素子(8)とのあいだに、情報伝送、例えば前記刺激パラメータ(I,U,t,f)用のデータを伝送するための少なくとも1つの一時的な通信コネクション(10;10’,10")が形成される
ことを特徴とする人体の神経に対する経皮刺激システム。 - 前記プログラミング装置(7)、前記通信コネクション(10)および前記調整素子(8)は、神経刺激に関連する全ての刺激パラメータ(I,U,t,f)が前記プログラミング装置(7)から前記調整素子(8)へ伝送されるように構成されている、請求項1記載の経皮刺激システム。
- 前記神経経皮刺激装置(2)はさらに前記刺激パラメータのうち定められた部分について例えば該神経経皮刺激装置を着用する人員による制御を可能にする調整手段(15)を有している、請求項1または2記載の経皮刺激システム。
- 前記調整手段(15)は前記刺激パラメータが設定可能な値範囲においてのみ制御可能となるように構成されている、請求項3記載の経皮刺激システム。
- 前記制御ユニット(5)、前記調整素子(8)および前記メモリ素子(9)は、前記神経経皮刺激装置がユーザに対して出力した前記刺激パラメータが該メモリ素子に記憶されるように構成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の経皮刺激システム。
- 前記神経経皮刺激装置はさらに前記調整素子(8)に接続された電子時計(12)を有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の経皮刺激システム。
- 前記通信コネクション(10)は前記プログラミング装置(7)と前記神経経皮刺激装置(2)とのあいだの接続線路を含む、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の経皮刺激システム。
- 前記通信コネクション(10)は無線コネクションとして構成されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の経皮刺激システム。
- 前記無線コネクションは、Bluetoothコネクション、WLANコネクション、DECTコネクションまたはZigBeeコネクションなどの無線コネクションである、請求項8記載の経皮刺激システム。
- 前記プログラミング装置(7)はデータ入力装置(11)、例えばキーボードを含む、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の経皮刺激システム。
- 前記プログラミング装置(7)はPC(24)を含む、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の経皮刺激システム。
- 前記神経経皮刺激装置(2)はさらに前記制御ユニット(5)への電流供給のための第1のバッテリ(13)を有する、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の経皮刺激システム。
- 前記神経経皮刺激装置(2)はさらに前記調整素子(8)への電流供給のための第2のバッテリ(14)を有する、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の経皮刺激システム。
- さらに少なくとも前記第1のバッテリ(13)を充電するためのチャージステーション(16)が設けられている、請求項12または13記載の経皮刺激システム。
- 前記神経経皮刺激装置(2)が前記チャージステーション(16)に位置する場合、2つの電極への刺激電流の形成を遮断する刺激電流遮断手段(17)が前記神経経皮刺激装置(2)および/または前記チャージステーション(16)に設けられている、請求項14記載の経皮刺激システム。
- 前記チャージステーション(16)は通信コネクションを形成する通信モジュール(10")を有しており、前記神経経皮刺激装置が前記チャージステーションに位置する場合に、前記通信モジュールと前記神経経皮刺激装置とのあいだの接続を形成するコンタクト素子(18)が設けられている、請求項14または15記載の経皮刺激システム。
- 前記神経経皮刺激装置(2)は耳道に挿入されるように構成された弓状延長部(19)を有しており、該弓状延長部は耳道の入口の形状または外耳道の形状をシミュレートしており、該弓状延長部の端部には2つの電極に対する2つのコンタクト位置(21,22)を有する電極ヘッド(20)が配置されている、請求項1から16までのいずれか1項記載の経皮刺激システム。
- 前記電極ヘッド(19)は迷走神経の刺激のために外耳道および/または耳介の領域に適合するように構成されている、請求項17記載の経皮刺激システム。
- 前記電極ヘッド(19)は軟性材料、特に軟性シリコーンから成る、請求項17または18記載の経皮刺激システム。
- 前記神経経皮刺激装置(2)は当該のシステムを利用する人員の生理学的パラメータを測定する少なくとも1つのセンサ(23)を有する、請求項1から19までのいずれか1項記載の経皮刺激システム。
