Claims (25)
1. Способ, включающий:
(a) получение отвержденного или отверждаемого полимерного композитного изделия;
(b) получение отверждаемой композиции, включающей:
(1) по крайней мере, одну термоотверждающуюся смолу и
(2) по крайней мере, один эффективный, в основном нефункциональный порошковый модификатор, включающий, по крайней мере, один эластомер; и
(c) нанесение прямо или косвенно упомянутой композиции на, по крайней мере, часть, по крайней мере, одной поверхности упомянутого изделия.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что упомянутое изделие представляет собой отвержденное полимерное композитное изделие.
3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что упомянутая термоотверждающаяся смола выбирается из группы существующих эпоксидных, малеинимидных и циановых смол, а также их смесей.
4. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что упомянутая термоотверждающаяся смола является эпоксидной смолой.
5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что упомянутый модификатор является полимерным модификатором типа сердцевина-оболочка.
6. Способ по п.5, отличающийся тем, что упомянутый полимерный модификатор типа сердцевина-оболочка имеет оболочку из полиакрилата и сердцевину из синтетического каучука.
7. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что упомянутый модификатор является порошковым полимерным модификатором, состоящим из микрочастиц.
8. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что упомянутый модификатор включается в упомянутую отверждаемую композицию с содержанием от примерно 2 до примерно 30% от полной массы упомянутой композиции.
9. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что упомянутый способ, кроме того, включает приведение, по крайней мере, одной части, по крайней мере, одной поверхности, по крайней мере, одного адгерента в контакт с упомянутой композицией таким образом, что упомянутая композиция оказывается прослойкой между упомянутым изделием и упомянутым адгерентом.
10. Способ по п.9, отличающийся тем, что упомянутый адгерент включает, по крайней мере, одно полимерное композитное изделие, защитное изделие, систему резервной покраски и систему молниезащиты.
11. Способ по п.10, отличающийся тем, что упомянутая система резервной покраски включает слой резервной краски, упомянутая система молниезащиты включает слой защиты от молнии.
12. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что упомянутый способ, кроме того, включает, по крайней мере, частичное отверждение композиции.
13. Способ по п.9, отличающийся тем, что упомянутый способ, кроме того, включает, по крайней мере, частичное отверждение композиции.
14. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что включает упомянутую термоотверждающуюся смолу, являющуюся эпоксидной смолой, и упомянутый модификатор, являющийся полимерным модификатором типа сердцевина-оболочка.
15. Способ, включающий:
(a) применение неотвержденной массы отверждаемой композиции к, по крайней мере, одному полимерному композитному изделию и адгеренту; упомянутая отверждаемая композиция включает:
(1) по крайней мере, одну термоотверждающуюся смолу и
(2) по крайней мере, один эффективный, в основном нефункциональный, порошковый модификатор, включающий, по крайней мере, один эластомер;
(b) помещение упомянутой неотвержденной массы упомянутой отверждаемой композиции между упомянутым изделием и упомянутым адгерентом и
(c) отверждение упомянутой композиции для образования соединения между упомянутым изделием и упомянутым адгерентом.
16. Структура, включающая:
(a) отвержденное или отверждаемое полимерное композитное изделие и
(b) отвержденную или отверждаемую полимерную композицию, включающую:
(1) по крайней мере, одну термоотверждающуюся смолу, и
(2) по крайней мере, один эффективный, в основном нефункциональный порошковый модификатор, включающий, по крайней мере, один эластомер; упомянутую композицию, находящуюся в контакте с, по крайней мере, частью, по крайней мере, одной поверхностью упомянутого изделия.
17. Структура по п.16, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутое изделие представляет собой отвержденное полимерное композитное изделие.

20. Структура по п.16, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутый модификатор является полимерным модификатором типа сердцевина-оболочка.
21. Структура по п.20, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутый полимерный модификатор типа сердцевина-оболочка имеет оболочку из полиакрилата и сердцевину из синтетического каучука.
22. Структура по п.16, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутый модификатор является порошковым полимерным модификатором, состоящим из микрочастиц.
23. Структура по п.16, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутый модификатор включается в упомянутую отверждаемую композицию с содержанием от примерно 2 до примерно 30% от полной массы упомянутой композиции.
24. Структура по п.16, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутая композиция является, по крайней мере, частично отвержденной.
25. Структура по п.16, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутая структура является объединенной структурой, которая, кроме всего прочего, включает, по крайней мере, один адгерент, объединенный с упомянутым изделием, по крайней мере, с использованием одного соединения, включающего упомянутую отвержденную композицию.
