Claims (32)

1. Композиция, содержащая активное вещество и по меньшей мере один покровный слой, по меньшей мере частично инкапсулирующий указанное активное вещество, причем указанный покровный слой содержит поливинилацетат и сукралозу.
2. Композиция по п.1, где указанный покровный слой дополнительно содержит растворитель.
3. Композиция по п.1, дополнительно содержащая дополнительные покровные слои.
4. Композиция по п.1, где указанный покровный слой дополнительно содержит дополнительный подсластитель, иной чем сукралоза.
5. Композиция по п.1, где указанное активное вещество выбрано из группы, состоящей из высоко интенсивных подсластителей, ароматизаторов, лекарственных средств, витаминов и их сочетаний.
6. Композиция по п.1, где указанная композиция дополнительно содержит дополнительный покровный слой, где (1) указанный дополнительный покровный слой содержит полимер и (2) указанный дополнительный покровный слой полностью окружает указанную инкапсулированную композицию.
7. Композиция по п.6, где указанный полимер дополнительного покровного слоя выбран из группы, состоящей из акриловых полимеров и сополимеров, карбоксивинилового полимера, полиамидов, полистирола, поливинилацетата, поливинилацетатфталата, поливинилпирролидона и их сочетаний.
8. Композиция по п.4, где указанный дополнительный подсластитель включает высоко интенсивный подсластитель.
9. Композиция по п.8, где указанный дополнительный подсластитель выбран из группы, состоящей из солей сахарина, ацесульфама калия, аспартама, тауматина, неотама, алитама и их сочетаний.
10. Композиция по п.2, где указанный растворитель выбран из группы, состоящей из этилацетата, простого диэтилового эфира, ацетона, бензола, этилендихлорида, метанола, метилэтилкетона, этанола, толуола, ксилола, амилацетата и их сочетаний.
11. Композиция по п.1, где указанная инкапсулированная композиция содержит частицы, имеющие средний размер частиц в пределах от около 50 мкм до около 800 мкм.
12. Композиция, содержащая область сукралозы и по меньшей мере один покровный слой, соприкасающийся с указанной областью сукралозы, причем указанный покровный слой содержит полимер и сукралозу, где указанный покровный слой полностью окружает указанную область сукралозы.
13. Композиция по п.12, где указанный полимер выбран из группы, состоящей из акриловых полимеров и сополимеров, карбоксивинилового полимера, полиамидов, полистирола, поливинилацетата, поливинилацетатфталата, поливинилпирролидона и их сочетаний.
14. Композиция по п.13, где полимер содержит поливинилацетат.
15. Композиция по п.12, где указанный покровный слой дополнительно содержит растворитель.
16. Композиция сукралозы, содержащая область сукралозы и по меньшей мере один инкапсулирующий слой, причем указанный инкапсулирующий слой содержит поливинилацетат и сукралозу.
17. Способ получения инкапсулированной композиции, включающий
(а) суспендирование частиц активного вещества в псевдоожиженном воздушном потоке,
(b) приготовление покровной композиции, содержащей полимер, сукралозу и растворитель, и
(с) распыление указанной покровной композиции на указанные суспендированные частицы активного вещества, чтобы обеспечить инкапсулированную композицию.
18. Способ по п.17, где полимер выбран из группы, состоящей из акриловых полимеров и сополимеров, карбоксивинилового полимера, полиамидов, полистирола, поливинилацетата, поливинилацетатфталата, поливинилпирролидона и их сочетаний.
19. Способ по п.17, где полимером является поливинилацетат.
20. Способ по п.17, где указанное активное вещество выбрано из группы, состоящей из высоко интенсивных подсластителей, ароматизаторов, лекарственных средств, витаминов и их сочетаний.
21. Способ по п.17, дополнительно включающий
(d) выпаривание указанного растворителя из указанной инкапсулированной композиции.
22. Способ по п.21, дополнительно включающий
(е) суспендирование указанной инкапсулированной композиции в псевдоожиженном воздушном потоке,
(f) приготовление второй покровной композиции, содержащей полимер и растворитель, и
(g) распыление указанной второй покровной композиции на указанную инкапсулированную композицию.
23. Способ по п.17, где указанная покровная композиция дополнительно содержит дополнительный подсластитель, иной чем сукралоза.
24. Способ по п.22, где указанный полимер на стадии (f) выбран из группы, состоящей из акриловых полимеров и сополимеров, карбоксивинилового полимера, полиамидов, полистирола, поливинилацетата, поливинилацетатфталата, поливинилпирролидона и их сочетаний.
25. Способ по п.23, где указанный дополнительный подсластитель включает высоко интенсивный подсластитель.
26. Способ по п.25, где указанный высоко интенсивный подсластитель выбран из группы, состоящей из солей сахарина, ацесульфама калия, аспартама, тауматина, неотама, алитама и их сочетаний.
27. Способ по п.17, где указанный растворитель выбран из группы, состоящей из этилацетата, простого диэтилового эфира, ацетона, бензола, этилендихлорида, метанола, метилэтилкетона, этанола, толуола, ксилола, амилацетата и их сочетаний.
28. Способ по п.19, где указанная инкапсулированная композиция сукралозы содержит частицы, имеющие средний размер частиц в пределах от около 50 мкм до около 800 мкм.
29. Инкапсулированный подсластитель, полученный путем следующих стадий:
(а) суспендирования частиц сукралозы в псевдоожиженном воздушном потоке,
(b) приготовления покровной композиции, содержащей полимер, сукралозу и растворитель,
(с) распыления указанной покровной композиции на указанные частицы сукралозы, чтобы обеспечить инкапсулированную композицию сукралозы, и
(d) выпаривания указанного растворителя из указанной инкапсулированной композиции сукралозы.
30. Композиция, содержащая множество частиц, содержащих ядро из сукралозы, инкапсулированное матрицей, содержащей полимер и сукралозу.
31. Композиция по п.30, где полимер выбран из группы, состоящей из акриловых полимеров и сополимеров, карбоксивинилового полимера, полиамидов, полистирола, поливинилацетата, поливинилацетатфталата, поливинилпирролидона и их сочетаний.
32. Композиция по п.30, где полимером является поливинилацетат.
