Claims (9)
1. Способ получения неньютоновской масляной композиции в виде смазки, содержащей сверхосновный салицилат кальция и твердые частицы коллоидно-диспергированного карбоната кальция в виде кальцита, включающий стадии нагревания сверхосновного салицилата кальция, аморфного карбоната кальция и конвертирующего агента, содержащего жирную кислоту, включающую от двенадцати до двадцати четырех атомов углерода в масляной среде, и последующего добавления в смесь достаточного количества воды, спирта и диоксида углерода с целью завершения превращения аморфного карбоната кальция в кальцит.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором жирная кислота представляет собой оксистеариновую кислоту.
3. Способ по п.2, в котором в ходе превращения аморфного карбоната кальция в кальцит в смазке присутствует практически все количество оксистеариновй кислоты.
4. Способ получения неньютоновской масляной композиции в виде смазки, содержащей сверхосновный салицилат кальция, твердые частицы коллоидно-диспергированного карбоната кальция в виде кальцита и борат кальция, включающий следующие стадии:
(1) нагревание сверхосновного салицилата кальция, аморфного карбоната кальция и комбинации их конвертирующих агентов, включающей воду, спирт, диоксид углерода и жирную кислоту, содержащую от двенадцати до двадцати четырех атомов углерода в масляном носителе в условиях, благоприятствующих образованию кристаллов карбоната кальция в виде кристаллов кальцита, и
(2) взаимодействие продукта со стадии 1 с компонентами, содержащими производное борной кислоты с целью проявления смазочно-подобных свойств.
5. Способ по п.4, в котором жирная кислота представляет собой оксистеариновую кислоту.
6. Высококачественная смазка на основе комплекса сверхосновный салицилат кальция/карбонат кальция, модифицированного боратом кальция, содержащая сверхосновный салицилат кальция, масляный носитель, карбонат кальция в виде кальцита, борат кальция, и кальциевое мыло маслообразующей алифатической монокарбоновой кислоты, содержащей, по меньшей мере, двенадцать углеродных атомов, причем борат кальция и кальциевое мыло практически гомогенно распределены в смазке и, по меньшей мере, часть кальциевого мыла выполняет функцию конвертирующего агента совместно с диоксидом углерода при превращении аморфного карбоната кальция в кристаллический карбонат кальция в виде кальцита.
7. Композиция по п.6, в котором мылообразующая алифатическая монокарбоновая кислота представляет собой оксистеариновую кислоту.
8. Неньютоновская композиция, содержащая сверхосновный салицилат кальция, аморфный карбонат кальция и жирную кислоту, включающую от двенадцати до двадцати четырех атомов углерода в масляной среде.
9. Композиция по п.8, в котором жирная кислота представляет собой оксистеариновую кислоту.
