Claims (14)
1. Система минимально инвазивной хирургии, содержащая
электрически изолированный генератор радиочастотной энергии, подающий до 500 Вт радиочастотной энергии, модулированной по амплитуде или частоте с частотами от 50 кГц до 2,5 МГц;
двухполюсный или многополюсный зонд с одной иглой, для которого требуется одно единственное проколотое отверстие и рядом с которым расположены электроды, настолько близко, чтобы точность процедуры была обеспечена; и
вспомогательные средства для определения положения и установления указанного зонда посредством подсветки, создания электрического сигнала или сигналов или путем использования флюоресцирующей метки.
2. Генератор по п.1, отличающийся тем, что он подает радиочастотную энергию с возможностью ее автоматического регулирования средствами обнаружения динамической нагрузки, измеряющими полезную нагрузку по напряжению, току, фазу или переменной частоте, содержащий
соединение с зондом;
соединение с внутренним микроконтроллером зонда для считывания информации из памяти и датчиков и ее записи, а также для извлечения процедурной управляющей последовательности и ограничений, которые, в свою очередь, применяются при осуществлении процедуры, для которой предназначен указанный зонд;
дисплей и звуковые средства, предназначенные для использования в хирургии;
память для хранения записей процедурной информации, такой как рабочие параметры, дата, время, показатели датчиков, а также записи данных или голоса; и
соединение с каналом связи, таким как RS-232, RS-485, Ethernet, Bluetooth или любыми другими надежными средствами связи.
3. Двух- или многополюсный зонд с одной иглой и двумя электродами, предназначенный для применения в минимально инвазивной хирургии, содержащий
электрод с внутренним диаметром, который выполнен из хирургического металла и размеры и форма которого заданы выполняемой задачей;
изолятор напряжения, покрывающий два указанных неизолированных электрода и создающий между ними электрическую изоляцию; и
возвратный электрод с наружной втулкой, который выполнен из хирургического металла и площадь поверхности которого больше, чем необходимо для исключения ожога ткани, контактирующей с ним.
4. Многополюсный зонд с одной иглой и множеством электродов для минимально инвазивной хирургии, содержащий
электрод с внутренним диаметром, который выполнен из хирургического металла и размеры и форма которого заданы выполняемой задачей;
изолятор напряжения, покрывающий два указанных неизолированных электрода и создающий между ними электрическую изоляцию; и
возвратный электрод с наружной втулкой, который выполнен из хирургического металла и площадь поверхности которого больше, чем необходимо для исключения ожога ткани, контактирующей с ним.
5. Зонд с одной иглой по любому из п.3 или 4, в котором электрод с внутренним диаметром выполнен полым, что позволяет осуществлять инъекции препаратов, флуоресцирующих меток и т.п., а также брать пробы окружающих тканей.
6. Зонд с одной иглой по п.5, который сообщается с генератором, а также с информацией о процедуре, с показаниями датчиков, встроенных в зонд, и с информацией, зависящей от вида зонда.
7. Зонд с одной иглой по любому из п.3, 4, или 6, содержащий электрический изолятор, способный подсвечивать область, в которой он находится, что помогает в размещении зонда.
8. Способ аблации тканей или прерывания потока нервных импульсов с применением зонда с единственным прокалыванием, который вводится в соответствии с методиками минимально инвазивной хирургии, согласно которому
располагают вблизи указанного нерва или ткани-мишени головку зонда игольчатого типа, на конце которой или вблизи него имеется открытая активная область или области; при этом указанный зонд или система генерирует радиочастотную энергию для осуществления аблации, разрушения ткани или приведения нерва в состояние полупостоянной или постоянной невозможности проводить импульсы на;
размещают указанную головку зонда таким образом, чтобы энергия аблации могла выборочно подаваться на ткань-мишень, не допуская, таким образом, разрушения областей и тканей, которые должны оставаться неповрежденными, неразрушенными и нетравмированными; и
подают радиочастотной энергии от настроенного радиочастотного источника для разрушения ткани-мишени, расположенной вблизи головки электрода или электродов.
9. Способ по п.7, в котором управление вспомогательными зондами и зондами аблации обеспечивают с помощью электрических сигналов, подсветки и других средств.
10. Способ по п.7, в котором располагают головку зонда в заданной области вручную с использованием физиологических и анатомических ориентиров.
11. Способ по п.7, в котором точное расположение осуществляют с применением подсветки головки зонда, что позволяет оператору видеть точное расположение головки через кожу и другие промежуточные формации.
12. Способ по п.7, в котором терапевтический зонд направляют в широкую заданную область, а затем точно устанавливают по поверхностным меткам путем отслеживания местоположения подсвеченной точки на головке зонда.
13. Способ по п.7, в котором в область вблизи ткани-мишени вводят вспомогательные зонды, от которых подают стимулирующую энергию, определяют положение, и обозначают область-мишень посредством нанесения меток на ткань или другими средствами.
14. Способ по п.7, в котором отслеживают реакцию нерва, мышцы или физиологическую реакцию на подаваемые от абляционной головки головки или абляционых головок стимулирующие токи, вследствие чего подтверждается правильное расположение головки относительно ткани-мишени.
