Claims (6)
1. Способ получения акролеина, акриловой кислоты или их смеси газофазным окислением пропилена или пропана в присутствии катализатора окисления кислородсодержащим газом, отличающийся тем, что в качестве источника кислорода используют воздух, из которого удалены взвешенные частицы.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что на компрессор для подачи воздуха устанавливают фильтр для удаления взвешенных частиц.
3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что отверстие фильтра определяют так, что количество взвешенных частиц, находящихся в воздухе, проходящем через фильтр, составляет 0,1 мг/м3 или менее среднесуточной величины ежечасных величин.
4. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что отверстие фильтра составляет 10 мкм или менее.
5. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что измеряют прирост массы фильтра, чтобы определить время замены фильтра.
6. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что измеряют перепад давления фильтра для определения времени замены фильтра.
