Claims (14)

1. Блокированные полиизоцианаты формулы (I)

где А означает остаток полиизоцианата
В представляет собой

причем R6-R8 одинаковые или различные и независимо друг от друга означают C16-алкил и/или C16-циклоалкил, R9 означает водород или С36-алкил или С36-циклоалкил,
D означает остаток катионного, анионного и/или неионного гидрофилизирующего средства,
R1-R4 одинаковые или различные и независимо друг от друга означают водород, C16-алкил или С36-циклоалкил,
R5 означает C110-алкил, С310-циклоалкил,
y означает число от 1 до 8 и
z означает число от 0,1 до 4, предпочтительно от 0,2 до 2,
причем отношение y:z составляет от 20:1 до 1:1, предпочтительно от 10:3 до 3:1, наиболее предпочтительно от 8:1 до 4:1.
2. Блокированные полиизоцианаты по п.1, отличающиеся тем, что R5 означает амил, изопропил, изобутил или трет-бутил.
3. Блокированные полиизоцианаты по п.1, отличающиеся тем, что R1 означает метальный остаток, а R2, R3, R4 означают водород.
4. Блокированные полиизоцианаты по п.1, отличающиеся тем, что R3 означает метальный остаток, а R1, R2, R4 означают водород.
5. Блокированные полиизоцианаты по п.1, отличающиеся тем, что R1, R2, R3 и R означают водород.
6. Блокированные полиизоцианаты по п.1, отличающиеся тем, что в одной молекуле имеются как блокированные полиизоцианатные группы, так и свободные гидроксильные группы.
7. Составы материалов для покрытий, содержащие блокированные полиизоцианаты по п.1.
8. Составы материалов для покрытий по п.7, которые дополнительно содержат блокированные диизопропиламином, бутаноноксимом и/или диметилпиразолом полиизоцианаты.
9. Составы по п.8, отличающиеся тем, что представляют собой водные дисперсии.
10. Способ получения блокированных полиизоцианатов формулы (I) по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полиизоцианаты общей формулы (II)

где А, у и z имеют указанные в формуле (I) в п.1 значения,
подвергают взаимодействию с вторичными аминами общей формулы (III)

где R1-R5 и В имеют указанные в формуле (I) в п.1 значения,
и гидрофилизирующими средствами D-H, причем D имеет указанное в формуле (I) в п.1 значение.
11. Гидрофилизированные, водные и/или разбавляемые водой составы, содержащие блокированные полиизоцианаты по п.1, получаемые взаимодействием
а) 100 эквивалентных-% полиизоцианата (II)
б) 40-90 эквивалентных-% блокирующего средства (III)
в) 10-40 эквивалентных-% гидрофилизирующего средства D-H и, при необходимости,
г) 0-40 эквивалентных-% дифункционального соединения, содержащего предпочтительно гидроксильные и/или аминогруппы, со средним молекулярным весом от 62 до 3000, предпочтительно 62-1500, причем количественные отношения реагентов выбраны таким образом, что эквивалентное отношение NCO-групп компонента а) к реакционно-способным по отношению к NCO-группам группам компонентов б), в) и г) составляет от 1:0,8 до 1:1,2,
а также при необходимости добавок и вспомогательных вещества.
12. Применение блокированных полиизоцианатов по п.1 для получения лаков, красок, клеев и эластомеров.
13. Применение по п.12, отличающееся тем, что получают лаки, краски, клеи или эластомеры в виде систем горячей сушки для нанесения покрытий на субстраты из древесины, металлов, минеральных веществ, продуктов из бетона, текстиля, стекла или пластиков.
14. Способ нанесения покрытий на субстраты, отличающийся тем, что составы для покрытий, содержащие блокированные полиизоцианаты по п.1 наносят на субстрат, и затем покрытие подвергают горячей сушке при температуре от 90 до 160°С или пиковой температуре от 130 до 300°С.
