Claims (10)
1. Микрожидкостное устройство с комплексной системой термоциклирования, содержащая микрожидкостное устройство, имеющее первую пластину и вторую пластину, причем первая пластина имеет первую поверхность и вторую поверхность, и в котором в первой поверхности выполнены контуры транспортирования жидкости, при этом вторая пластина имеет внутреннюю сторону и внешнюю сторону, причем внутренняя сторона второй пластины герметично примыкает к первой поверхности первой пластины; и по меньшей мере одну емкость, прикрепленную к внешней поверхности и находящуюся в тепловом контакте с частью контура, в результате чего на температуру жидкости в контуре влияет температура емкости, при этом емкость также содержит впускной порт, имеющий отверстие.
2. Микрожидкостное устройство по п.1, в котором емкость также включает в себя содержащийся в ней экзотермический материал, причем открытие впускного порта емкости приводит в действие экзотермический материал и инициирует изменение температуры в емкости и в части контура в тепловом контакте с емкостью.
3. Микрожидкостное устройство по п.1, в котором емкость также включает в себя содержащийся в ней эндотермический материал, причем открытие впускного порта емкости приводит в действие экзотермический материал и инициирует изменение температуры в емкости и в части контура в тепловом контакте с емкостью.
4. Микрожидкостное устройство по п.1, которое также содержит по меньшей мере две емкости, установленные на внешней поверхности микрожидкостного устройства, при этом первая емкость находится в тепловом контакте с первой частью контура, а вторая емкость находится в тепловом контакте со второй частью контура.
5. Микрожидкостное устройство по п.1, которое также содержит три емкости, установленные на внешней поверхности микрожидкостного устройства, причем три емкости повышают температуру находящихся в тепловом примыкании частей контура до температур, необходимых для завершения полимеразной цепной реакции (ПЦР).
6. Микрожидкостное устройство по п.1, которое также имеет воздухонепроницаемое уплотнение на отверстии впускного порта емкости.
7. Микрожидкостное устройство по п.1, которое выполнено портативным.
8. Микрожидкостное устройство с комплексной системой термоциклирования, содержащее микрожидкостное устройство, имеющее первую пластину и вторую пластину, причем первая пластина имеет первую поверхность и вторую поверхность, при этом первая поверхность имеет первый контур транспортирования жидкости и второй контур транспортирования жидкости, выполненные в ней, причем первый и второй контуры транспортирования жидкости находятся в тепловом контакте, и вторая пластина герметично примыкает к первой поверхности первой пластины.
9. Теплообменная система, содержащая устройство, включающее контуры течения жидкости; первый контур течения жидкости, находящийся в устройстве; и второй контур течения жидкости в тепловом контакте с первым контуром течения жидкости, в результате чего второй контур жидкости придает температуру первому контуру.
10. Теплообменная система по п.9, в которой второй контур течения жидкости содержит непрерывно текущую жидкость.
