Claims (17)

1. Композиция, включающая
а) синтетический полимер,
б) наполнитель и
в) диспергатор, полученный регулируемой свободно-радикальной полимеризацией (РСРП).
2. Композиция по п.1, в которой компонент (а) представляет собой полиолефин.
3. Композиция по п.1, в которой компонент (б) представляет собой наполнитель в виде наночастиц.
4. Композиция по п.1, в которой компонент (б) представляет собой природный или синтетический филлосиликат или смесь таких филлосиликатов.
5. Композиция по п.1, в которой компонент (б) представляет собой слоистую силикатную глину.
6. Композиция по п.1, в которой компонент (б) представляет собой монтмориллонит, бентонит, бейделлит, слюду, гекторит, сапонит, нонтронит, соконит, вермикулит, ледикит, магадит, кенияит, стевенсит, волконскоит, гидроталькит или их смесь.
7. Композиция по п.1, в которой компонент (в) представляет собой статистический, блочный, звездообразный или гребенчатый сополимер, полученный регулируемой свободно-радикальной полимеризацией.
8. Композиция по п.1, в которой компонент (в) представляет собой блочный или гребенчатый акриловый сополимер, полученный регулируемой свободно-радикальной полимеризацией.
9. Композиция по п.1, в которой компонент (б) содержится в количестве от 0,1 до 40% в пересчете на массу компонента (а).
10. Композиция по п.1, в которой компонент (в) содержится в количестве от 0,1 до 20% в пересчете на массу компонента (а).
11. Композиция по п.1, включающая, кроме компонентов (а), (б) и (в), дополнительные добавки.
12. Композиция по п.11, включающая в качестве дополнительных добавок фенольные антиоксиданты, светостабилизаторы, стабилизаторы для переработки, растворители, пигменты, красители, пластификаторы, агенты, улучшающие совместимость, добавки, повышающие ударную прочность, и/или тиксотропные добавки.
13. Композиция по п.1 в форме маточной смеси или концентрата, включающая компонент (а) в количестве от 5 до 90%, компонент (б) в количестве от 5 до 80% и компонент (в) в количестве от 0,5 до 50 мас.%.
14. Способ приготовления синтетического полимерного нанокомпозитного материала, включающий смешение в расплаве смеси а) синтетического полимера, б) наполнителя и в) диспергатора, полученного регулируемой свободно-радикальной полимеризацией (РСРП).
15. Способ по п.14, в котором смешение в расплаве проводят в пределах от 120 до 290°С.
16. Синтетический полимерный нанокомпозит, приготовленный согласно способу по п.14.
17. Применение диспергатора, полученного регулируемой свободно-радикальной полимеризацией, для интеркаляции и расслаивания наполнителя и диспергирования наполнителя в синтетической полимерной матрице с получением нанокомпозитного материала.
