Claims (18)
1. Способ перевода металлов и/или аминов из углеводородной фазы в водную фазу, заключающийся в том, что добавляют в эмульсию углеводорода и воды эффективное количество композиции для перевода металлов и/или аминов из углеводородной фазы в водную фазу, включающей, по меньшей мере, одну растворимую в воде гидроксикислоту, выбранную из группы, состоящей из гликолевой кислоты, глюконовой кислоты, С2-С4-альфа-гидроксикислот, полигидроксикарбоновых кислот, тиогликолевой кислоты, хлоруксусной кислоты, полимерных форм указанных выше гидроксикислот, полигликолевых сложных эфиров, простых гликолятных эфиров, и аммонийной соли и солей щелочных металлов этих гидроксикислот и их смесей; и разделяют эмульсию на углеводородную фазу и водную фазу, где, по меньшей мере, часть металлов и/или аминов переходит в водную фазу.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором при добавлении композиции в композицию дополнительно вводят минеральную кислоту.
3. Способ по п.2, в котором добавляемая композиция дополнительно содержит не менее 1 мас.% растворимой в воде гидроксикислоты; и не более 20 мас.% минеральной кислоты.
4. Способ по любому одному из пп.1-3, где способ практически осуществлен на нефтеперерабатывающем заводе в процессе обессоливания, и дополнительно включает промывку эмульсия промывающей водой и минеральной кислотой, взятой в количестве, достаточном для снижения величины рН промывающей воды до 6 или ниже.
5. Способ по любому одному из пп.1-3, в котором при добавлении композиции в эмульсии присутствует растворимая в воде гидроксикислота в количестве, варьируемом от 1 до 2000 млн-1.
6. Способ по любому одному из пп.1-3, в котором добавляемая композиция дополнительно содержит воду или спиртовой растворитель.
7. Композиция для перевода металлов и/или аминов из углеводородной фазы в водную фазу, которая содержит растворимую в воде гидроксикислоту, выбранную из группы, состоящей из гликолевой кислоты, глюконовой кислоты, С2-С4-альфагидроксикислот, полигидроксикарбоновых кислот, тиогликолевой и хлоруксусной кислот, полимерных форм указанных выше гидроксикислот, полигликолевых сложных эфиров, простых гликолятных эфиров, и аммонийной соли и солей щелочных металлов этих гидроксикислот и их смесей; и минеральную кислоту.
8. Композиция по п.7, которая дополнительно содержит, по меньшей мере, один дополнительный компонент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из воды или спиртового растворителя, ингибитора коррозии, деэмульгатора, ингибитора образования окалины, хелатообразующих агентов для металлов, смачивающих агентов и их смесей.
9. Композиция по п.7 или 8, которая дополнительно содержит не менее 1 мас.% растворимой в воде гидроксикислоты; и не более 20 мас.% минеральной кислоты.
10. Композиция для перевода металлов и/или аминов из углеводородной фазы в водную фазу, которая содержит растворимую в воде гидроксикислоту, выбранную из группы, состоящей из гликолевой кислоты, глюконовой кислоты, С2-С4-альфагидроксикислот, полигидроксикарбоновых кислот, тиогликолевой и хлоруксусной кислот, полимерных форм указанных выше гидроксикислот, полигликолевых сложных эфиров, простых гликолятных эфиров, и аммонийной соли и солей щелочных металлов этих гидроксикислот и их смесей; и по меньшей мере, один дополнительный компонент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из воды или спиртового растворителя, ингибитора коррозии, деэмульгатора, ингибитора образования окалины, хелатообразующих агентов для металлов, смачивающих агентов и их смесей.
11. Композиция по п.10, в которой растворимая в воде гидроксикислота составляет от 1 до 85% от массы композиции.
12. Обработанная углеводородная эмульсия, содержащая углеводород; воду; и композицию для перевода металлов и/или аминов из углеводородной фазы в водную фазу, которая содержит растворимую в воде гидроксикислоту, выбранную из группы, состоящей из гликолевой кислоты, глюконовой кислоты, С2-С4-альфагидроксикислот, полигидроксикарбоновых кислот, тиогликолевой и хлоруксусной кислот, полимерных форм указанных выше гидроксикислот, полигликолевых сложных эфиров, простых гликолятных эфиров, и аммонийной соли и солей щелочных металлов этих гидроксикислот и их смесей.
13. Обработанная углеводородная эмульсия по п.12, в которой композиция дополнительно содержит минеральную кислоту.
14. Обработанная углеводородная эмульсия по п.13, в которой композиция дополнительно содержит не менее 1 мас.% растворимой в воде гидроксикислоты; и не более 20 мас.% минеральной кислоты.
15. Обработанная углеводородная эмульсия по любому из пп.12, 13 или 14, которая дополнительно содержит промывающую воду, и в которой количество минеральной кислоты достаточно для снижения рН промывающей воды до 6 или ниже.
16. Обработанная углеводородная эмульсия по любому из пп.12, 13 или 14, где растворимая в воде гидроксикислота присутствует в эмульсии в количестве, варьируемом от 1 до 2000 млн-1.
17. Обработанная углеводородная эмульсия по любому из пп.12, 13 или 14, в которой композиция дополнительно содержит, по меньшей мере, один дополнительный компонент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из воды или спиртового растворителя, ингибитора коррозии, деэмульгатора, ингибитора образования окалины, хелатообразующих агентов для металлов, смачивающих агентов и их смесей.
18. Обработанная углеводородная эмульсия по любому из пп.12, 13 или 14, в которой углеводородный компонент содержит более чем 10 млн-1 железа или кальция.
