Claims (14)
1. Кристаллический альфа-оксид хрома, в котором от примерно 0,05 ат.% до примерно 2 ат.% атомов хрома в решетке альфа-оксида хрома замещено атомами никеля и, необязательно, дополнительные атомы хрома в решетке альфа-оксида хрома замещены атомами трехвалентного кобальта, при условии, что общее количество атомов никеля и атомов трехвалентного кобальта в решетке альфа-оксида хрома составляет не более 6 ат.%.
2. Хромсодержащая каталитическая композиция, содержащая в качестве хромсодержащего компонента кристаллический замещенный альфа-оксид хрома по п.1.
3. Хромсодержащая каталитическая композиция, содержащая хромсодержащий компонент, полученный обработкой кристаллического замещенного альфа-оксида хрома по п.1 фторирующим агентом.
4. Способ изменения фторораспределения в углеводороде или галогенированном углеводороде в присутствии катализатора, отличающийся применением в качестве катализатора композиции, содержащей, по меньшей мере, один хромсодержащий компонент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из кристаллического замещенного альфа-оксида хрома по п.1 и кристаллического замещенного альфа-оксида хрома по п.1, обработанного фторирующим агентом.
5. Способ по п.4, в котором содержание фтора в галогенированном углеводородном соединении или ненасыщенном углеводородном соединении увеличивается при взаимодействии указанного соединения с фторидом водорода в парообразной фазе в присутствии указанной каталитической композиции.
6. Способ по п.4, в котором содержание фтора в галогенированном углеводородном соединении или углеводородном соединении увеличивается при взаимодействии указанного соединения с HF и Cl2 в парообразной фазе в присутствии указанной каталитической композиции.
7. Способ по п.4, в котором фторораспределение в галогенированном углеводородном соединении изменяется изомеризацией указанного галогенированного углеводородного соединения в присутствии указанной каталитической композиции.
8. Способ по п.4, в котором фторораспределение в галогенированном углеводородном соединении изменяется диспропорционированием указанного галогенированного углеводородного соединения в присутствии указанной каталитической композиции.
9. Способ по п.4, в котором содержание фтора в галогенированном углеводородном соединении снижается дегидрофторированием указанного галогенированного углеводородного соединения в присутствии указанной каталитической композиции.
10. Способ по п.4, в котором содержание фтора в галогенированном углеводородном соединении снижается при взаимодействии указанного галогенированного углеводородного соединения с хлоридом водорода в парообразной фазе в присутствии указанной каталитической композиции.
11. Способ получения композиции, содержащей кристаллический замещенный альфа-оксид хрома по п.1, включающий:
(а) соосаждение твердого вещества введением гидроксида аммония в водный раствор растворимой соли двухвалентного никеля, растворимой соли трехвалентного хрома и, необязательно, растворимой соли двухвалентного или трехвалентного кобальта, который содержит не менее трех молей нитрата на моль хрома в растворе, имеет концентрацию никеля от примерно 0,05 мол.% до примерно 2 мол.% от общего содержания никеля, хрома и кобальта (если присутствует) в растворе, и имеет общую концентрацию никеля и кобальта (если присутствует) не более 6 мол.% от общего содержания никеля, хрома и кобальта (если присутствует) в растворе; и после не менее трех молей аммония на моль хрома вводится в раствор;
(b) собирание соосажденного твердого вещества, образованного на стадии (а);
(с) сушку собранного твердого вещества; и
(d) прокаливание высушенного твердого вещества.
12. Способ по п.11, в котором растворимой солью никеля является нитрат или гидратированный нитрат.
13. Способ по п.12, в котором растворимой солью хрома является нитрат или гидратированный нитрат.
14. Способ по п.13, в котором более трех молей нитрата аммония на моль хрома присутствует в водном растворе.
