Claims (16)

1. Способ механо-фрикционной сварки, включающий помещение уплотнителя между поверхностями из алюминия или алюминиевого сплава на участке, где должна производиться механо-фрикционная сварка, причем уплотнитель подбирают таким образом, чтобы под действием достигаемых при механо-фрикционной сварке температур он затвердевал без значительных повреждений и сваривание с помощью механо-фрикционной сварки, по крайней мере, частей поверхностей через уплотнитель, в процессе чего между поверхностями происходит затвердевание уплотнителя.
2. Способ по п.1, включающий частичное отверждение уплотнителя перед свариванием поверхностей.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором уплотнителем является клей, а способ включает также прижатие поверхностей одна к другой перед проведением механо-фрикционной сварки и
частичное отверждение уплотнителя перед сваркой.
4. Способ по п.2, в котором уплотнителем является клей, а способ включает также прижатие поверхностей одна к другой перед проведением механо-фрикционной сварки и
частичное отверждение уплотнителя перед сваркой.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором уплотнителем является мономер и механо-фрикционная сварка также включает полимеризацию мономерного уплотнителя.
6. Способ по 2, в котором уплотнителем является мономер и механо-фрикционная сварка также включает полимеризацию мономерного уплотнителя.
7. Способ по одному из п.5 или 6, в котором уплотнителем является фторэластомер.
8. Способ по п.1, включающий применение для отверждения уплотнителя дополнительного тепла.
9. Способ по п.8, в котором применение дополнительного тепла включает применение для отверждения уплотнителя энергии лазера.
10. Способ по п.8, в котором применение дополнительного тепла включает также индукционный нагрев для отверждения уплотнителя.
11. Способ по п.9 или 10, в котором применение дополнительного тепла включает также применение тепла, производимого механо-фрикционной сваркой.
12. Способ по п.9 или 10, в котором применение дополнительного тепла включает также применение тепла после механо-фрикционной сварки.
13. Способ по любому из пп.1-6 и 8-10, в котором поверхности сваривают одну с другой методом соединения внахлестку, при этом уплотнитель предотвращает между поверхностями коррозию.
14. Способ по п.7, в котором поверхности сваривают одну с другой методом соединения внахлестку, при этом уплотнитель предотвращает между поверхностями коррозию.
15. Способ по п.11, в котором поверхности сваривают одну с другой методом соединения внахлестку, при этом уплотнитель предотвращает между поверхностями коррозию.
16. Способ по п.12, в котором поверхности сваривают одну с другой методом соединения внахлестку, при этом уплотнитель предотвращает между поверхностями коррозию.
