Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金表面間の摩擦攪拌溶接がなされる位置に、封止剤を配する工程と、前記封止剤として、摩擦攪拌溶接中に達する温度においても実質的にダメージを受けないものが選択され、
前記封止剤が前記表面間で固化するように該封止剤を介して、該表面の少なくとも一部同士を摩擦攪拌溶接する工程とを有することを特徴とする摩擦攪拌溶接方法。 - 前記面同士を溶接する前に前記封止剤を部分的に固化する工程をさらに有する請求項1に記載の摩擦攪拌溶接方法。
- 前記封止剤は、接着剤であり、前記方法はさらに、
摩擦攪拌溶接の前に前記面同士をクランプする工程と、
溶接前に前記封止剤を部分的に固化する工程とを有する請求項1または2に記載の摩擦攪拌溶接方法。 - 前記封止剤は、モノマーであり、前記摩擦攪拌溶接はさらに、
前記モノマー封止剤を重合化する工程を有する請求項1または2に記載の摩擦攪拌溶接方法。 - 前記封止剤は、フッ素エラストマーである請求項4に記載の摩擦攪拌溶接方法。
- 前記封止剤を固化するために、付加的な熱を付与する工程をさらに有する請求項1に記載の摩擦攪拌溶接方法。
- 前記付加的な熱を付与する工程は、前記封止剤を固化するために、レーザーエネルギを付与する工程を有する請求項6に記載の摩擦攪拌溶接方法。
- 前記付加的な熱を付与する工程は、前記封止剤を固化するために、誘導加熱する工程をさらに有する請求項6に記載の摩擦攪拌溶接方法。
- 前記付加的な熱を付与する工程は、前記摩擦攪拌溶接中に、加熱をする工程をさらに有する請求項7または8に記載の摩擦攪拌溶接方法。
- 前記付加的な熱を付与する工程は、前記摩擦攪拌溶接後に、加熱をする工程をさらに有する請求項7または8に記載の摩擦攪拌溶接方法。
- 前記面同士は、重ね合わせ接合で溶接され、前記封止剤は、該面間における腐食を防ぐ請求項1乃至10のいずれか1つに記載の摩擦攪拌溶接方法。
