Claims (27)
1. Способ обработки поверхности имплантата, предназначенного для имплантации в костную ткань, отличающийся тем, что он включает предоставление фтора и/или фторида, по меньшей мере, на части поверхности имплантата, и обеспечение микрошероховатости, имеющей среднеквадратическую шероховатость (Rq и/или Sq) нм.
2. Способ обработки поверхности имплантата, предназначенного для имплантации в костную ткань, отличающийся тем, что он включает предоставление фтора и/или фторида, по меньшей мере, на части поверхности имплантата, и обеспечение микрошероховатости, включающей поры, имеющие диаметр пор 1 мкм, и глубину пор нм.
3. Способ по п.2, при котором диаметр пор находится в пределах диапазона от 50 нм до 1 мкм, и глубина пор находится в диапазоне от 50 до 500 нм.
4. Способ по п.2 или 3, в котором обеспечивают среднеквадратическую шероховатость (Rq и/или Sq) нм.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором предоставляют среднюю атомную концентрацию фтора и/или фторида, по меньшей мере, 0,2 ат.%.
6. Способ по п.5, в котором средняя атомная концентрация фтора и/или фторида находится в пределах диапазона 0,4-7 ат.%.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором поверхность имплантата представляет собой поверхность металлического имплантата.
8. Способ по п.7, в котором фтор и/или фторид и микрошероховатость обеспечивают обработкой поверхности металлического имплантата водным раствором фтористоводородной кислоты.
9. Способ по п.8, при котором концентрация фтористоводородной кислоты составляет менее чем 0,5 М.
10. Способ по п.9, в котором поверхность металлического имплантата обрабатывают в течение периода травления до 180 с при комнатной температуре.
11. Способ по п.10, в котором концентрация фтористоводородной кислоты составляет 0,1 М, и период травления составляет до 60 с при комнатной температуре.
12. Способ по п.1, кроме того, включающий обеспечение макрошероховатости на поверхности имплантата перед предоставлением фтора и/или фторида и перед обеспечением микрошероховатости.
13. Способ по п.12, в котором макрошероховатость обеспечивают струйной очисткой поверхности имплантата.
14. Способ по п.7,в котором указанная поверхность металлического имплантата изготовлена из промышленно чистого титана или сплава титана.

18. Имплантат по п.17, в котором диаметр пор находится в пределах диапазона от 50 нм до 1 мкм, и глубина пор находится в диапазоне от 50 до 500 нм.
19. Имплантат по п.17 или 18, в котором микрошероховатость имеет среднеквадратическую шероховатость (Rq и/или Sq) нм.
20. Имплантат по п.16, в котором микрошероховатость включает пики, имеющие ширину пиков на уровне половины глубины пор от 15 до 150% диаметра пор.
21. Имплантат по п.16, в котором, по меньшей мере, часть поверхности имплантата имеет среднюю атомную концентрацию фтора и/или фторида, по меньшей мере, 0,2 ат.%.
22. Имплантат по п.21, в котором средняя атомная концентрация фтора и/или фторида находится в пределах диапазона 0,4-7 ат.%.
23. Имплантат по п.16, в котором поверхность имплантата, кроме того, включает макрошероховатость.
24. Имплантат по п.16, причем указанный имплантат представляет собой металлический имплантат.
25. Имплантат по п.24, причем указанный металлический имплантат изготовлен из промышленно чистого титана или сплава титана.
26. Имплантат по п.16, в котором имплантат представляет собой стоматологический имплантат.
27. Имплантат по п.16, в котором имплантат представляет собой ортопедический имплантат.
