Claims (13)
1. Имплантируемое хирургическое устройство, имеющее свернутое и несвернутое положение, содержащее
а) вытянутый гибкий надувной участок, и
b) вытянутый гибкий и по существу нерастяжимый участок бандажа, имеющий дальний конец, ближний конец и продольную ось между ними, при этом участок бандажа присоединен к надувному участку вдоль его внутренней поверхности, причем когда устройство находится в несвернутом положении, по меньшей мере, часть участка бандажа имеет вогнутое поперечное сечение, взятое перпендикулярно продольной оси.
2. Устройство по п. 1, в котором надувной участок и участок бандажа выполнены в виде одного элемента.
3. Устройство по п.1, в котором участок бандажа в свернутом положении имеет по существу плоское поперечное сечение, взятое перпендикулярно продольной оси.
4. Устройство по п.1, в котором участок бандажа, по меньшей мере, частично выполнен из, по меньшей мере, одного материала из силикона и полиуретана.
5. Устройство по п.1, дополнительно содержащее средства для соединения дальнего и ближнего концов бандажа друг с другом.
6. Устройство по п.1, дополнительно содержащее инъекционный порт, сообщающийся по жидкости с надувным участком.
7. Имплантируемое хирургическое устройство, имеющее свернутое положение и несвернутое положение, содержащее
а) вытянутый гибкий участок бандажа, имеющий дальний конец, ближний конец и продольную ось между ними, причем, когда устройство находится в его несвернутом положении, по меньшей мере, часть участка бандажа имеет вогнутое поперечное сечение, взятое перпендикулярно продольной оси, и
b) средства для соединения дальнего и ближнего концов бандажа друг с другом.
8. Устройство по п.7, в котором участок бандажа в свернутом положении имеет по существу плоское поперечное сечение, взятое перпендикулярно продольной оси.
9. Устройство по п.7, в котором участок бандажа по меньшей мере частично изготовлен из по меньшей мере одного материала из силикона и полиуретана.
10. Имплантируемое хирургическое устройство, имеющее свернутое положение и несвернутое положение, содержащее
а) вытянутый гибкий надувной участок,
b) вытянутый гибкий и, по существу, нерастяжимый участок бандажа, имеющий дальний конец, ближний конец и продольную ось между ними, при этом участок бандажа присоединен к надувному участку вдоль его внутренней поверхности, причем, когда устройство находится в несвернутом положении, по меньшей мере, часть участка бандажа имеет вогнутое поперечное сечение, взятое перпендикулярно продольной оси,
с) средства для соединения дальнего и ближнего концов бандажа друг с другом, и
d) инъекционный порт, сообщающийся по жидкости с надувным участком.
11. Устройство по п.10, в котором надувной участок и участок бандажа выполнены в виде одного элемента.
12. Устройство по п.10, в котором участок бандажа в свернутом положении имеет по существу плоское поперечное сечение, взятое перпендикулярно продольной оси.
13. Устройство по п.10, в котором участок бандажа, по меньшей мере, частично изготовлен из, по меньшей мере, одного материала из силикона и полиуретана.
