Claims (8)

1. Способ изготовления гидравлического уплотнения для уплотнения элемента, выполненного с возможностью относительного вращения, причем гидравлическое уплотнение имеет эластомерный уплотнительный элемент, присоединенный к политетрафторэтиленовой вставке, включающий обеспечение пресс-формы, имеющей формообразующую полость, обеспечение тонкой пластины из политетрафторэтиленового материала, имеющей корпусную часть заданной толщины и концевую часть с толщиной, превышающей толщину корпусной части, размещение тонкой пластины в формообразующей полости так, чтобы одна сторона тонкой пластины была противоположна участку поверхности формообразующей полости, нагнетание эластомерного материала в формообразующую полость для образования предварительно отформованной заготовки эластомерного уплотнительного элемента и присоединения предварительно отформованной заготовки к стороне тонкой пластины, которая противоположна одной ее стороне, и извлечение предварительно отформованной заготовки и тонкой пластины из формообразующей полости и обрезку концевой части предварительно отформованной заготовки и концевой части тонкой пластины для образования гидравлического уплотнения, имеющего эластомерный уплотнительный элемент, присоединенный к политетрафторэтиленовой вставке.
2. Способ по п.1, при котором материал тонкой пластины является сравнительно более твердым, чем эластомерный материал.
3. Способ по п.1, при котором тонкая пластина, размещенная в формообразующей полости, имеет одну ее сторону, полностью опирающуюся на участок поверхности формообразующей полости.
4. Способ по п.1, при котором формообразующая полость имеет стенку, обеспечивающую удерживающий элемент, выполненный с возможностью взаимодействия с опорным концом тонкой пластины, когда тонкая пластина размещена в пресс-форме.
5. Способ по п.4, при котором формообразующая полость имеет выступ рядом со стенкой, приспособленный для образования подпора для создания упорного участка из эластомерного материала, выполненного с возможностью взаимодействия с опорным концом тонкой пластины, когда тонкая пластина размешена в пресс-форме, при этом и эластомерный материал подают под давлением в пресс-форму.
6. Способ по п.1, при котором материал тонкой пластины является относительно более твердым, чем эластомерный материал, при этом тонкая пластина, размещенная в пресс-форме, имеет одну ее сторону, полностью опирающуюся на участок поверхности формообразующей полости.
7. Способ по п.6, при котором формообразующая полость имеет стенку, обеспечивающую удерживающий элемент, выполненный с возможностью взаимодействия с опорным концом тонкой пластины, когда тонкая пластина размещена в пресс-форме.
8. Способ по п.7, при котором формообразующая полость имеет выступ рядом со стенкой, приспособленный для образования подпора для создания упорного участка из эластомерного материала, выполненного с возможностью взаимодействия с опорным концом тонкой пластины, когда тонкая пластина размешена в пресс-форме, при этом эластомерный материал подают под давлением в пресс-форму.
