Claims (8)
- 상응하는 밑봉면들을 가지는 적어도 2개의 합성수지 하우징-개별 부품들과, 중공실내에서 제1 또는 제2개별 부품과 연결되어 놓여 있는 선회파이프 횡단면의 제작을 위하여 상응하는 밀봉면들을 가지는 적어도 하나으의삽입부품으로 되어 있는 조립된 합성수지로 된 중공실 구조물들의 제조를 위한 방법에 있어서, 이 방법은 다음의 단계들; 즉 제1밀봉면을 가지는 적어도 하나의 삽입부품의 제작, 제1밀봉면의 주위에서 제1하1성수지 하우징부품을 제작, 밀봉면을 가지는 적어도 하나의 삽입부품의 제작, 제1밀봉면의 주위에서 제1합성수지 하우징 부품을 지지하는 제1의 공구 또는 게이지내에 제1합성수지 하우징 부품의 설치, 제2밀봉면의 주위에서 제2합성수지 하우징 부품을 지지하는 제2의 공구 또는 게이지내에 제2합성수지 하우징 부품의 설치, 하나 또는 다수의삽입부품들을 제1 또는 제2합성수지 하우징 부품속으로 삽입하므로서 선희파이프 횡단면이 제작됨, 상응하는밀봉면들과의 상기 부품들이 정렬하므로써 상응하는 밀봉면들을 서로 접촉하게 함, 전체의 밀봉면들에 결합력을 일으킴등의 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공구 또는 게이지의 적어도 하나는 개별 부품들의 결합을 위한 마찰력을 생성하기 위하여 다른 공구에 관련하여 움직여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 전항들 중의어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 결합력은 높은 압력 또는 높은 진동수 또는 양자 모두를 함께 적용하는 것에 의하여 가하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 전항들중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 높은 진동수는 특히 초음파 범위에서 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 전항들중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상이한 선회파이프 횡단면(7) 내지-길이들의 생성을 위해서 상이하게 칫수가 정해진 삽입 부품들(5,10)이 불변하는 합성수지 하우징 부품들(1) 또는 (3)속에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 전항들중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 삽입 부품들(5)은 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 조립된 중공실 구조물에 있어서, 상응하는 밀봉면(2,4)을 가지는 적어도 2개의 하우징 부품들(1.3)과 그 리고 하우징 내부에서 제1 또는 제2하우징-개별부품과 연결되어 놓여 있는 선회파이프 횡단면의 생성을 위하여 상응하는 밀봉면들을 가지는 적어도 하나의 삽입부품(5)으로 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공실 구조물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 불변하는 합성수지 하우징 부품들(1,3)의 경우에 상이하게 칫수가 정해져 있는 삽입부품들(5)에 의하여 상이한 선회파이프 횡단면 내지 선회파이프 길이가 얻어질 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공실 구조물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
