제1도는 고압력 연료 분사 파이프로 쓰이고 본 발명에 따른 조립된 후벽세경금속관재의 부분평면도, 제2도는 제1도의 선 Ⅱ-Ⅱ에 따른 확대수평단면도, 제3도는 본 발명의 후벽세경금속관재의 다른 실시예를 따른 제2도와 같은 단면도.
Claims (5)
- 최소한 한개의 층 구조의 후벽금속관을 구비하고, 폴리테트라 플루오로에틸렌으로 형성되고 상기 관의 내부표면 전체와 깊숙이 접촉한 코팅층를 구비하며, 상기 코팅층의 내부표면이 유체통로 표면으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 후벽세경금속관재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅층은 상기 후벽금속관과 깊숙한 접촉을 하기 위해 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌으로 상기 관을 따라 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 후벽세경금속관재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플레임 스프레잉에 의하여 상기 관의 내부표면에 미분 폴리테트라 플루오로에틸렌을 살포하여 상기 코팅층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 후벽세경금속관재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅층은 테플론의 관과 플레임 스프레잉에 의해 형성된 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 후벽세경금속관재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관의 내부표면과 코팅층의 외부표면 사이에 접착제를 바르는 것을 특징으로 하는 후벽세경금속관재.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
