Abstract

본원 발명은 반완성체를 형성하도록 공-압출되고, 이는 다시 차량 연료 공급부재(1)를 형성하기 위하여 몰드의 벽에 접착하도록 송풍 주조되고, 상기 부재(1)는 플루오르화 중합체 물질(14)으로, 제1열가소성 물질(14) 및 플루오르화 중합체 물질(9)을 제1열가소성(14)에 화학적으로 결합시키기 위한 제2열가소성 물질(16)으로 형성된 주름진 튜브(2)에 의해 한정되는 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 차량 연료 공급부재의 측면도, 제2도는 제1도의 Ⅱ-Ⅱ라인을 따른 부분 단면도, 제3도는 제1도의 Ⅲ-Ⅲ라인을 따른 부분 단면도.

Claims (8)

  1. 플루오르화 중합체 물질로된 내층(8)과 열가소성 물질(14,16)로 된 외층(10)을 포함하는 튜브(2)를 포함하고, 상기 튜브(2)가 주름들(6)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 연료 공급 부재(1).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 물질(14,16)로 된 상기 외층(10)이 제1열가소성 물질(14)로 된 제1층(13)과 상기 내층(8)과 상기 제1층(13)사이에 게재된 제1열가소성 물질로 된 제2층(15)을 포함하고, 상기 제2열가소성 물질(16)이 상기 플루오르화 중합체 물질(9) 및 상기 제1열가소성 물질(14)과 화학 결합을 형성하는 부재(1).
  3. 상기 플루오르화 중합체 물질(9)로 된 상기 내층(8)이 정전하를 제거하기 위한 적어도 하나의 전기 전도성 부분(17)을 포함하는 부재(1).
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 플루오르화 중합체 물질(9)이 에틸렌 테트라 플루오로에틸렌이고, 상기 제1열가소성 물질(14)이 나일론 12이며, 상기 제1열가소성 물질(16)이 나일론 6인 부재(1).
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 따른 부재(1)를 형성하는 것을 제공하는 차량 연료 공급 부재(1)의 제조방법.
  6. 플루오르화 중합체 물질(9)과 열가소성 물질(14,16)이 압출헤드에서 압출되어 반완성체를 형성하는 제1단계; 및 상기 반완성체가 송풍주조되고, 몰드의 내벽에 대해 압착되어 상기 부재(1)의 외면에 상보적인 압인을 제공하는 제2단계를 적어도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 연료 공급 부재(1)의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 물질(14,16)이 제1열가소성 물질(14)과 제2열가소성 물질(16)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  8. 첨부도면을 참고하여 실질적으로 기술되고 예시된 차량 연료 공급부재(1)와 그의 제조방법.
