박층은 별도의 압출기로부터 계속해서 형성되고 압출후 신속하게 결합된다. 열은 박층이 결합되기 직전에 박층에 가해진다.

  2. 제1항에 있어서, 결합을 수행하기 직전에 적어도 하나의 박층에 그것의 전 너비에 걸쳐 열을 가하는 단계를 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 결합을 수행하기 직전에 양 박층에 그것의 전 너비에 걸쳐 열을 가하는 단계를 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 이전에 사용한 적이 없는 팽창 폴리스트렌으로된 한쌍의 커버 박층을 제1압출기로부터 형성하고, 상기 재생 박층을 막 압출한 커버 박층 사이에 신속하게 둘러싸고 상기 양 커버 박층을 재생 박층에 즉시 결합시키는 단계를 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 양 커버 박층 사이에 재생박층을 둘러싸기 직전에 재생 박층에 그것의 전 너비에 걸쳐 열을 가하는 단계를 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 재생 박층을 상기 커버 박층사이에 둘러싸기 직전에 상기 커버 박층에 그것의 전 너비에 걸쳐 열을 가하는 단계를 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 재생 박층을 커버 박층 사이에 둘러싸기 직전에 상기 커버 박층과 재생 박층에 그것의 전 너비에 걸쳐 열을 가하는 단계를 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 이전에 사용한 적이 없는 팽창 폴리스티렌의 제1튜브를 제1압출기로부터 계속해서 압출하는 단계, 제1튜브를 그것의 맞은편쪽에서 슬리팅(slitting)하여 간격을 둔 한쌍의 막 압출된 커버 박층을 형성하는 단계, 상기 재생 팽창 폴리스티렌의 제2튜브를 제2압출기로부터 계속해서 압출하는 단계, 제2튜브를 그것의 적어도 한쪽을 슬리팅하여 상기 재생 박층을 형성하는 단계, 재생박층을 간격을 둔 커버 박층 사이에 도입하는 단계, 두쌍의 마주하는 표면이 제공되도록 재생박층의 맞은편 표면 각각의 커버박층중 하나의 표면과 마주하도록 커버박층의 운행 방향으로 재생박층을 인도하는 단계, 재생박층을 커버박층사이에 신속하게 맞물리게하는 단계, 그리고 각 쌍의 마주하는 표면을 즉시 서로 결합시키는 단계를 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 간격을 둔 커버 박층 사이에 재생 박층을 도입하는 단계는 재생 박층을 그것에 대해 측방향으로부터 간격을 둔 커버 박층쪽으로 인도하고 재생박층을 상기 측 방향으로부터 커버박층의 운행방향으로 편향시킴으로써 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 재생 박층을 편향시키는 단계는 재생 박층을 편향롤의 축이 상기 축 방향과 커버 박층의 운행 방향과 이웃한 예각을 형성하는, 간격을 둔 커버 박층 사이에 놓여진 편향롤 둘레로 통과시킴으로써 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 편향롤과 재생 박층 사이에 에어쿠션을 제공하여 편향단계동안 그들 사이의 직접적인 접촉을 배제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 간격을 둔 커버박층 사이에 재생 박층을 도입하는 단계는 제2튜브를 제1튜브의 개략적인 압출방향으로 압출시켜 재생박층이 커버박층과 실질적으로 평행하게 움직이도록 하고 재생 박층을 상기한 평행한 이동으로부터 커버 박층에 대해 그리고 커버박층을 향해 측방향으로 편향시키고 재생 박층을 상기 측방향으로부터 커버 박층의 이동방향으로 편향시킴으로써 행해지는 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 재생박층을 편향시키는 단계는 재생 박층을 한쌍의 편향롤 둘레로 통과시킴으로써 행해지고, 편향롤 쌍중의 하나는 간격을 둔 커버 박츠의 측방향으로 놓이고, 편향롤의 나머지 하나는 간격을 둔 커바 박층 사이에 놓이고, 제1편향롤의 축은 상기 실질적으로 평행한 이동방향 및 상기 측방향과 인접한 예각을 형성하고 제2편향롤의 축은 상기 측방향 및 간격을 둔 커버 박층의 이동방향과 인접한 예각을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 이전에 사용한 적이 없는 팽창 폴리스티렌의 제1박층과 제1박층에 결합된 재생 팽창 폴리스티렌의 재생박층을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 방법으로 제조한 복합시이트 재료.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기한 이전에 사용한 적이 없는 팽창 폴리스티렌의 한쌍의 커버박층과 커버박층에 결합되고 커버박층 사이에 둘러싸이는 재생박층을 특징으로 하는 복합시이트 재료.
