Claims (27)
1. Набивка, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит, по крайней мере, часть пеноматериала, образованного меламиновым пеноматериалом с твердостью, измеряемой по отпечатку согласно норме ISO 2439 В, ниже 300N при вдавливании 40% и называемого гибким меламиновым пеноматериалом.
2. Набивка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутый гибкий меламиновый пеноматериал представляет собой гибкий меламиновый пеноматериал со стабилизированной твердостью меньше 300 N при вдавливании 40% для отпечатка, называемый гибким меламиновым упрочненным пеноматериалом.
3. Набивка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутый гибкий меламиновый пеноматериал имеет твердость порядка 160-200 N при вдавливании 40% для отпечатка.
4. Набивка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что упомянутая часть гибкого меламинового пеноматериала имеет твердость порядка 180 N при вдавливании 40% для отпечатка.
5. Набивка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что, по крайней мере, 50% ее объема образовано, по крайней мере, частью гибкого меламинового пеноматериала.
6. Набивка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что гибкий меламиновый пеноматериал имеет плотность ниже 20 кг·м-3.
7. Набивка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что гибкий меламиновый пеноматериал имеет плотность между 8 и 12 кг·м-3.
8. Набивка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что каждая часть, выполненная из гибкого меламинового пеноматериала (7), является, по меньшей мере, частично защищенной материалом, имеющим сопротивление к разрыву, большее, чем сопротивление к разрыву гибкого меламинового пеноматериала.
9. Набивка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что, по крайней мере, один основной слой выполнен из гибкого меламинового пеноматериала (7).
10. Набивка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит, по крайней мере, два различных слоя, наложенных и соединенных, по крайней мере, один из которых, называемый слоем отличительного материала (8, 9), выполнен из материала другого, нежели гибкий меламиновый пеноматериал.
11. Набивка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что слой(и), вполненный(ые) из гибкого меламинового пеноматериала (7), составляет(ют), по крайней мере, 50% толщины упомянутой набивки.
12. Набивка по п.10, отличающаяся тем, что слой(и) отличительного материала (8, 9) имеет(ют) плотность(и) более 20 кг·м-3.
13. Набивка по п.9, отличающаяся тем, что, по крайней мере, один из слоев упомянутой набивки выполнен ячеистым (7а), по меньшей мере, на части одной из поверхностей упомянутого слоя.
14. Набивка по п.10, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит, по крайней мере, слой отличительного материала, называемого комфортным слоем и расположенного на слое гибкого меламинового пеноматериала со стороны сидящего.
15. Набивка по п.14, отличающаяся тем, что комфортный слой выполнен из материала, выбранного среди: полиуретановый пеноматериал, вязкоупругий материал.
16. Набивка по п.10, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит, по крайней мере, слой отличительного материала, называемого нижележащим слоем (а), проходящим со стороны слоя гибкого меламинового пеноматериала (7), противоположно сидящему, и предназначенного регулировать общую несущую способность упомянутой набивки.
17. Набивка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит, по крайней мере, вставку (10а, 10в, 10с), проходящую, по крайней мере, на части толщины набивки и предназначенную для точного изменения ее механических свойств.
18. Набивка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что она имеет внешнюю обшивку.
19. Набивка по п.18, отличающаяся тем, что внешняя обшивка выбрана среди: текстиля, кожи, любой другой декоративной обшивки.
20. Набивка по п.18, отличающаяся тем, что внешняя обшивка выполнена негорючей.
21. Гарнитура кресла (2а, 3а, 4а), отличающаяся тем, что она содержит, по крайней мере, набивку по п.1, покрытую, по крайней мере, частично гибким чехлом и/или декоративным чехлом (2b, 3b, 4b).
22. Кресло (1), отличающееся тем, что оно содержит, по крайней мере, набивку согласно п.1.
23. Кресло (1), отличающееся тем, что оно содержит, по крайней мере, гарнитуру по п.21.
24. Использование гибкого меламинового пеноматериала, преимущественно упрочненного с сопротивлением вдавливанию ниже 300 N при вдавливании 40% для отпечатка, в качестве гибкого пеноматериала набивки, предназначенного для включения в состав набивки.
25. Использование гибкого меламинового пеноматериала по п.24, отличающееся тем, что упомянутый гибкий меламиновый пеноматериал имеет плотность, ниже 20 кг·м-3.
26. Использование гибкого меламинового пеноматериала по п.24, отличающееся тем, что гибкий меламиновый пеноматериал имеет плотность между 8-12 кг·м-3.
27. Использование гибкого меламинового пеноматериала по п.24, отличающееся тем, что материал занимает, по крайней мере, 50% объема вышеупомянутой набивки.
