Claims (16)

1. Самонесущий энергопоглощающий композитный материал, содержащий
i) матрицу из твердого вспененного синтетического полимера;
ii) дилатант на полимерной основе, отличный от i), распределенный в
упомянутой матрице и введенный в нее в процессе изготовления i); и
iii) текучий материал, распределенный в матрице, причем сочетание матрицы, дилатанта и текучего материала таково, что композитный материал является упруго сжимаемым.
2. Энергопоглощающий композитный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что матрица является упругой.
3. Энергопоглощающий композитный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что матрица выбрана из синтетических эластомеров.
4. Энергопоглощающий композитный материал по п.3, отличающийся тем, что упомянутый синтетический эластомер выбран из эластомерных полиуретанов.
5. Энергопоглощающий композитный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что упомянутый полимерный дилатант выбран из силиконовых полимеров, обладающих свойствами дилатантов.
6. Энергопоглощающий композитный материал по п.5, отличающийся тем, что упомянутый силиконовый полимер выбран из боросиликоновых полимеров.
7. Энергопоглощающий композитный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что упомянутым текучим материалом является газ.
8. Энергопоглощающий композитный материал по п.1, содержащий полимерный дилатант в порах пены.
9. Способ получения самонесущего энергопоглощающего композитного материала, включающий сочетание:
i) матрицы из твердого вспененного синтетического полимера;
ii) полимерного дилатанта, отличного от i); и
iii) текучего материала, причем дилатант распределяют в матрице путем введения дилатанта во вспененный синтетический полимер в процессе получения матрицы, и текучий материал распределяют в матрице практически равномерно с получением упруго сжимаемого материала.
10. Способ по п.9, отличающийся тем, что матрица соответствует любому из пп.2-4.
11. Способ по п.9, отличающийся тем, что полимерный дилатант соответствует пп.5, 6 или 8.
12. Способ по п.9, отличающийся тем, что текучий материал содержит газ.
13. Самонесущий энергопоглощающий композитный материал, содержащий
i) твердую пенистую матрицу с замкнутыми ячейками;
ii) дилатант на полимерной основе, отличный от i), распределенный в упомянутой матрице; и
iii) текучий материал, распределенный в матрице, причем сочетание матрицы, дилатанта и текучего материала таково, что композитный материал является упруго сжимаемым.
14. Энергопоглощающий композитный материал по п.13, в котором матрица является синтетическим эластомером и/или соответствует пп.2, 3 или 4, и/или полимерный дилатант соответствует пп.5, 6 или 8, и/или текучий материал содержит газ.
15. Энергопоглощающий композитный материал, полученный способом по любому из пп.9-12.
16. Система защиты от ударов, включающая энергопоглощающий композитный материал по любому из пп.1-8 или пп.13-15.
