Claims (7)
1. Пленка на основе содержащего пластификатор частично ацеталированного поливинилового спирта для применения в качестве промежуточного слоя в триплексах, содержащая от 0,001 до 0,25 мас.% от общего состава пленки одной или нескольких добавок, понижающих адгезию пленки на поверхности стекла, выбранных из группы, состоящей из
магниевых солей органических кислот,
кальциевых солей органических кислот,
и добавку, компенсирующую колебания адгезии, содержащую одно или несколько соединений фосфора, выбранных из группы, состоящей из
симметричных или асимметричных триэфиров фосфористой кислоты с арильными или арилалкильными и/или алкильными заместителями,
симметричных или асимметричных триэфиров ортофосфорной кислоты с арильными или арилалкильными и/или алкильными заместителями
причем соединения фосфора добавлены в таком количестве, что
охарактеризованный в описании показатель проколачивания композиционного стекла, полученного с промежуточным слоем пленки, в каждом из следующих случаев
после стандартного способа автоклавирования в течение 90 мин,
после продленного способа автоклавирования в течение 330 мин и
после выдерживания при тепловом воздействии при 125°С в течение 72 ч,
на обеих сторонах стекла находится в области значений более или равных 1,5 и менее или равных 8, и
охарактеризованный в описании максимальный Δ-показатель проколачивания имеет значение менее или равное 2,5.
2. Пленка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве добавки, понижающей адгезию пленки на поверхности стекла, используют октаноат магния в концентрации от 0,001 до 0,2 мас.% от общего состава пленки.
3. Пленка по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве пластификатора использован пластификатор 3G8, 3G7 или ДГА, а октаноат магния использован в количестве:
от 0,01 до 0,1 мас.% от общего состава пленки при использовании пластификатора 3G8,
от 0,005 до 0,05 мас.% от общего состава пленки при использовании пластификатора 3G7,
от 0,005 до 0,05 мас.% от общего состава пленки при использовании пластификатора ДГА,
в количестве, соответствующем промежуточному значению количества магний-2-этилгексаноата от общего состава пленки, при использовании смеси пластификаторов.
4. Пленка п.1, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве добавки, компенсирующей колебания адгезии, использованы один или несколько фосфитов из группы, состоящей из трис-(нонилфенил)-фосфита, трифенилфосфита и дифенилоктилфосфита в концентрации от 0,05 до 0,5 мас.%.
5. Пленка по п.4, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве добавки, компенсирующей колебания адгезии, использован трис(нолилфенил)фосфит, трифенилфосфит и/или дифенилоктилфосфит в концентрации от 0,1 до 0,2 мас.%.
6. Ламинат, включающий, по меньшей мере, один слой силикатного стекла, а также пленку по 1, или 2, или 3, или 4, или 5.
7. Применение соединений фосфора, выбранных из группы, состоящей из
симметричных или асимметричных триэфиров фосфористой кислоты с арильными или арилалкильными и/или алкильными заместителями,
симметричных или асимметричных триэфиров ортофосфорной кислоты с арильными или арилалкильными и/или алкильными заместителями, в качестве добавки, компенсирующей колебания адгезии при дальнейшей обработке, в пленках на основе содержащего пластификатор частично ацеталированного поливинилового спирта.
