Claims (24)
1. Многослойный композит, содержащий:
первый слой, содержащий пластифицированный поливинилбутираль и имеющий верхнюю поверхность и нижнюю поверхность;
второй слой, смежный с указанной верхней поверхностью указанного первого слоя; и
третий слой, смежный с указанной нижней поверхностью указанного первого слоя,
в котором, по меньшей мере, один из указанных второго и третьего слоев содержит пластифицированный полиуретан, имеющий толщину менее 0,125 мм (0,005 дюйма).
2. Композит по п.1, в котором оба указанные второй и третий слои содержат полиуретан, имеющий толщину менее 0,125 мм (0,005 дюйма).
3. Композит по п.1, в котором полиуретановый слой содержит алифатический полиуретан.
4. Композит по п.2, дополнительно содержащий первый стеклянный слой, смежный с указанным вторым слоем.
5. Композит по п.4, дополнительно содержащий второй стеклянный слой, смежный с указанным третьим слоем.
6. Композит по п.2, в котором указанный полиуретан пластифицируется при миграции пластификатора из первого слоя после соединения слоев.
7. Композит по п.6, дополнительно содержащий первый стеклянный слой, смежный с указанным вторым слоем.
8. Композит по п.7, дополнительно содержащий второй стеклянный слой, смежный с указанным третьим слоем.
9. Многослойный композит, содержащий:
первый слой, образованный из пластифицированного поливинилбутираля; и
второй слой, смежный с указанным первым слоем, содержащий пластифицированный полиуретан,
в котором пластификатор вводится в полиуретан до формования композита.
10. Композит по п.9, дополнительно содержащий третий слой, смежный с указанным первым слоем, содержащий пластифицированный полиуретан.
11. Композит по п.9, в котором концентрации пластификатора указанных слоев находятся в равновесии.
12. Композит по п.10, в котором концентрации пластификатора указанных слоев находятся в равновесии.
13. Композит по п.11, в котором толщина указанного второго слоя составляет менее 0,125 мм (0,005 дюйма).
14. Композит по п.12, в котором толщина указанного второго слоя составляет менее 0,125 мм (0,005 дюйма).
15. Композит по п.14, в котором толщина указанного третьего слоя составляет менее 0,125 мм (0,005 дюйма).
16. Композит по п.12, дополнительно содержащий первый стеклянный слой, смежный с указанным вторым слоем.
17. Композит по п.16, дополнительно содержащий второй стеклянный слой, смежный с указанным третьим слоем.
18. Многослойный композит, содержащий:
первый слой, содержащий поливинилбутираль; и
второй слой, имеющий толщину менее 0,125 мм (0,005 дюйма), из пластифицированного полиуретана, причем указанный второй слой присоединен к первой стороне первого слоя.
19. Композит по п.18, дополнительно содержащий слой полиэтилентерефталата, присоединенный ко второй стороне первого слоя.
20. Композит по п.18, дополнительно содержащий слой поликарбоната, смежный с указанным вторым слоем.
21. Способ формования многослойного композита, содержащий:
формование первого слоя, содержащего пластифицированный поливинилбутираль, и второго слоя, смежного с первым слоем, содержащего пластифицированный полиуретан; и
перемещение пластификатора между слоями в процессе или после стадии формования.
22. Способ формования многослойного композита по п.21, подходящий для использования в стеклянных ламинатах, содержащий соэкструдирование первого слоя, содержащего пластифицированный поливинилбутираль, и второго слоя, смежного с указанным первым слоем, содержащего полиуретан, в условиях, в которых пластификатор может мигрировать из указанного поливинилбутираля в указанный полиуретан.
23. Способ формования многослойного композита по п.22, подходящего для использования в стеклянных ламинатах, содержащий соэкструдирование первого слоя, содержащего пластифицированный поливинилбутираль, второго слоя, содержащего полиуретан, смежного с верхней поверхностью указанного первого слоя, и третьего слоя, содержащего полиуретан, смежного с нижней поверхностью указанного первого слоя, в условиях, при которых пластификатор может мигрировать из указанного поливинилбутираля в указанные второй и третий слои.
24. Способ формования многослойного композита по п.21, содержащий формование первого слоя, содержащего пластифицированный поливинилбутираль, и второго слоя, смежного с указанным первым слоем, содержащего пластифицированный полиуретан, имеющего толщину менее 0,125 мм (0,005 дюйма).
