Claims (25)

1. Пищевая добавка, включающая источник белка, который обеспечивает от 14 до 20% общего содержания калорий в пищевой добавке, причем источник белка содержит казеинат, а калорийность пищевой добавки составляет, по меньшей мере, 2,25 кал/мл.
2. Пищевая добавка по п.1, в которой источник белка включает выделенный белок сои.
3. Пищевая добавка по п.2, в которой источник белка содержится в количестве от 80 до 102 г в 1 л продукта.
4. Пищевая добавка по п.3, в которой казеинат и выделенный белок сои содержатся в соотношении приблизительно от 75:25 до 50:50.
5. Пищевая добавка по п.1, включающая источник жиров, обеспечивающий, по меньшей мере, 40% калорийности пищевой добавки.
6. Пищевая добавка по п.1, включающая источник углеводов, обеспечивающий, по меньшей мере, 25% калорийности пищевой добавки.
7. Пищевая добавка по п.1, включающая пробиотик.
8. Пищевая добавка по пп.1-7, представляющая собой жидкую пищевую добавку.
9. Пищевая добавка по п.8, вязкость которой составляет 100 сантипуаз или меньше.
10. Способ обеспечения питательной поддержкой, включающий стадии введения нуждающемуся в питательной поддержке индивидууму пищевой добавки по любому из пп.1-9.
11. Способ по п.10, в котором индивидуум получает плохое питание.
12. Способ по п.10, в котором индивидуум представляет собой лицо пожилого возраста.
13. Способ по п.10, в котором индивидуум находится в состоянии болезни.
14. Способ по п.10, в котором индивидуум находится в процессе выздоровления после болезни.
15. Способ обеспечения пищевой добавкой, включающий стадии введения нуждающемуся в пищевой добавке индивидууму от 25 до 100 мл пищевой добавки по любому из пп.1-9.
16. Способ по п.15, в котором индивидуум получает плохое питание.
17. Способ по п.15, в котором индивидуум представляет собой лицо пожилого возраста.
18. Способ по п.15, в котором индивидуум находится в состоянии болезни.
19. Способ по п.15, в котором индивидуум находится в процессе выздоровления после болезни.
20. Применение пищевой добавки по любому из пп.1-9 для обеспечения питанием индивидуума в состоянии болезни или находящегося в процессе выздоровления после болезни.
21. Применение источника белка, источника жиров и источника углеводов в производстве пищевой добавки по любому из пп.1-9 для обеспечения питанием индивидуума.
22. Применение по п.21, в котором индивидуум получает плохое питание.
23. Применение по п.21, в котором индивидуум представляет собой лицо пожилого возраста.
24. Применение по п.21, в котором индивидуум находится в состоянии болезни.
25. Применение по п.21, в котором индивидуум находится в процессе выздоровления после болезни.
