Claims (14)
1. Применение материала для удержания полигалогенированных соединений, состоящего из наполнителя, способного адсорбировать полигалогенированные соединения, и матрикса из полиолефина, в котором наполнитель находится и полностью связан и захвачен.
2. Применение материала по п.1, отличающееся тем, что наполнитель является углеродсодержащим материалом.
3. Применение материала по п.2, отличающееся тем, что наполнитель состоит из частиц углерода, преимущественно активированного угля, сажи или тонкоразмолотого печного кокса.
4. Применение материала по одному из пп.1-3, отличающееся тем, что полиолефин матрикса является полипропиленом (ПП).
5. Применение материала по одному из предыдущих пунктов для приготовления компонентов или элементов насадки системы очистки отходящих газов.
6. Применение материала по п.5, отличающееся тем, что компонентами или элементами загрузки являются тканевые маты, волокна, стружки, полоски, грануляты или литьевые профильные частицы.
7. Применение материала по пп.5 и 6, отличающееся тем, что в число компонентов входят также проточного типа ограждения или емкости для элементов насадки, а также другие конструкционные элементы системы очистки отходящих газов.
8. Применение материала по одному из пп.5-7, отличающееся тем, что системой очистки отходящих газов является скрубберная система.
9. Применение материала по одному из пп.5-7, отличающееся тем, что система очистки отходящих газов содержит неподвижный слой порошковых частиц, через который в отсутствие конденсации и без добавления какой-либо жидкости проходит сухой газ.
10. Применение материала по одному из предыдущих пп.5-9, отличающееся тем, что компоненты могут быть приготовлены путем смешения наполнителя с материалом матрикса методом литья под давлением с использованием двухшнекового экструдера.
11. Способ удерживания полигалогенированных соединений, при котором для удерживания используется материал, состоящий из наполнителя, способного адсорбировать полигалогенированные соединения, и матрикса из полиолефина, в котором наполнитель полностью связан и захвачен.
12. Способ по п.11, в котором наполнитель состоит из углерода (С) с очень высокой адсорбционной способностью в отношении полигалогенированных соединений, а содержание С в ПП лежит в пределах от 0,1 до 30 мас.%.
13. Способ по п.11 или 12, в котором углерод состоит из активированного угля, сажи или тонкоразмолотого печного кокса.
14. Способ по одному из пп.11-13, в котором для очистки отходящих газов горения используется скрубберная система.
