Claims (20)
1. Композиция мягчителя тканей, содержащая
(a) от 0,01 до 35 мас.% катионного мягчителя;
(b) по меньшей мере, 0,001 мас.% водорастворимого сшитого катионного сополимера, образованного в результате полимеризации катионного мономера винилового присоединения, и акриламида, и от 70 до 300 млн-1 агента сшивания на основе дифункционального мономера винилового присоединения; и
(с) отдушку.
2. Композиция мягчителя тканей по п.1, в которой указанный сополимер получен из акрилата или метакрилата четвертичного аммония в комбинации с акриламидным сомономером.
3. Композиция мягчителя тканей по п.1, в которой указанный катионный полимер получен из указанной полимеризации с использованием 75–200 млн-1 указанного агента сшивания.
4. Композиция мягчителя тканей по п.3, в которой указанный катионный полимер получен из указанной полимеризации с использованием 80-150 млн-1 указанного агента сшивания.
5. Композиция мягчителя тканей по п.1, в которой указанным катионным полимером является сшитый катионный виниловый полимер.
6. Композиция мягчителя тканей по п.5, в которой указанный полимер содержит четвертичную соль аммония акрилата или метакрилата.
7. Композиция мягчителя тканей по п.6, в которой указанный полимер содержит четвертичную соль аммония диметиламиноэтилметакрилата.
8. Композиция мягчителя тканей по п.1, в которой катионный мягчитель выбирают из группы, состоящей из сложного квартэфира, четвертичных соединений имидазолиния, метилсульфата дижирного диамидаммония и хлорида дижирного диметиламмония.
9. Композиция мягчителя тканей по п.8, в которой указанным катионным мягчителем является сложный квартэфир.
10. Композиция мягчителя тканей по п.9, в которой указанным сложным квартэфиром является биоразлагаемое соединение червертичного аммония на основе жирного сложного эфира, имеющее формулу
в которой R4 представляет алифатическую углеводородную группу, содержащую от 8 до 22 атомов углерода, R2 и R3 означают (CH2)s-R5, где R5 представляет алкоксикарбонильную группу, содержащую от 8 до 22 атомов углерода, бензил, фенил, (С1-С4)алкилзамещенный фенил, ОН или Н; R1 представляет (СН2)tR6, где R6 означает бензил, фенил, (С1-С4)алкилзамещенный фенил, ОН или Н; каждый из символов q, s и t независимо означает целое число от 1 до 3; и Х представляет совместимый с мягчителем анион.
11. Композиция мягчителя тканей, содержащая
(а) от 0,01% до 35% по массе катионного мягчителя, содержащего биоразлагаемое соединение четвертичного аммония на основе жирного сложного эфира, имеющее формулу
где R1 означает С1-С4 алкил;
R2 и R3 представляют β-С8-С22 ацилоксиэтил или β-гидроксиэтил;
R4 означает алифатическую углеводородную группу, содержащую от 8 до 22 атомов углерода;
q представляет целое число от 1 до 3; и
Х означает совместимый с мягчителем анион;
(b) по меньшей мере 0,001 мас.% водорастворимого сшитого катионного сополимера, образованного в результате полимеризации катионного мономера винилового присоединения, и акриламида, и от 70 до 300 млн-1 агента сшивания на основе дифункционального мономера винилового присоединения; и
(с) по меньшей мере 0,001% хелатообразующего соединения, способного хелатировать ионы металлов, и выбрано из группы, состоящей из соединений аминокарбоновой кислоты, соединений органоаминофосфоновой кислоты и их смесей.
12. Композиция мягчителя тканей по п.11, в которой указанный катионный полимер получен из полимеризации с использованием 75-200 млн-1 указанного агента сшивания.
13. Композиция мягчителя тканей по п.11, в которой указанный катионный полимер получен из указанной полимеризации с использованием 80-150 млн-1 указанного агента сшивания.
14. Композиция мягчителя тканей по п.11, в которой указанным катионным полимером является сшитый катионный виниловый полимер.
15. Композиция мягчителя тканей по п.14, в которой указанный виниловый полимер содержит соль четвертичного аммония акрилата или метакрилата.
16. Композиция мягчителя тканей по п.15, в которой указанный полимер содержит соль четвертичного аммония диметиламиноэтилметакрилата.
17. Композиция мягчителя тканей по п.11, в которой указанное хелатообразующее соединение включает соединение аминокарбоновой кислоты.
18. Композиция мягчителя тканей по п.11, в которой указанное хелатообразующее соединение включает соединение органоаминофосфоновой кислоты.
19. Композиция мягчителя тканей по п.11, которая дополнительно содержит отдушку.
20. Применение водорастворимого сшитого катионного сополимера, образованного в результате полимеризации катионного мономера винилового присоединения, и акриламида и от 70 до 250 млн-1 агента сшивания на основе дифункционального мономера винилового присоединения для улучшения доставки отдушки из композиции мягчителя тканей по п.1 к подлежащей смягчению ткани.
