Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于油田压裂液及提高采收率用的超长碳链双亲水头基疏水单体及其制备方法。其技术方案:(1)将0.2摩尔的二溴乙烷溶于丙酮中,在搅拌条件下向丙酮溶液中滴加0.1摩尔的甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯,在室温下反应4小时得到N,N‑二甲基溴乙基甲基丙烯酰氧乙基溴化铵中间体;(2)将0.05摩尔的中间体与0.055摩尔的芥酸酰胺丙基二甲基叔胺加入到乙醇中,室温下反应24小时,得到超长碳链双亲水头基疏水单体。该疏水单体具有较强的疏水性能,并具有较好的聚合活性,其制备方法简单,分离容易,在油田压裂液及提高采收率中具有广阔的应用前景。

Description

一种超长碳链双亲水头基疏水单体及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种油田压裂液及提高采收率用的超长碳链双亲水头基疏水单体及其制备方法。
背景技术
疏水缔合聚合物是指聚合物分子链上带有少量疏水功能单体的一种水溶性聚合物。由于少量的疏水单体的引入,在聚合物溶液中,疏水单体发生缔合作用,使得聚合物分子发生聚集,形成超分子结构,从而表现出特殊的流变性能,具有良好的增稠、耐温、抗盐、抗剪切等性能,因此受到广泛的关注,并在油田压裂液及提高采收率中大量的应用。
疏水缔合聚合物通常采用可聚合的表面活性剂作为疏水单体,采用胶束聚合物得到微嵌段的疏水缔合聚合物。然而常规的疏水单体碳链较短,缔合性能不理想,而且聚合活性较低。为了提高疏水单体的缔合性能,本发明采用超长碳链提高疏水单体的缔合性能,但是碳链太长会影响单体的水溶性以及聚合物的水溶性,因此采用双亲水头基同时提高疏水单体的亲水性能,从而制备一种超长碳链双亲水头基可聚合表面活性剂作为疏水缔合聚合物的疏水单体。
发明内容
本发明的目的:为了提高疏水缔合聚合物的缔合性能及溶解性能,特提供一种超长碳链双亲水头基疏水单体及其制备方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提高以下技术方案。
一种超长碳链双亲水头基疏水单体及其制备方法,其结构式如下:
一种超长碳链双亲水头基疏水单体及其制备方法,依次包括以下步骤:(1)将0.2摩尔的二溴乙烷溶于丙酮中,在搅拌条件下向丙酮溶液中滴加0.1摩尔的甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯,在室温下反应4小时,减压蒸馏除去溶剂,用丙酮重结晶得到N,N-二甲基溴乙基甲基丙烯酰氧乙基溴化铵中间体;(2)将0.05摩尔的中间体与0.055摩尔的芥酸酰胺丙基二甲基叔胺加入到乙醇中,室温下反应24小时,减压蒸馏除去溶剂,用丙酮重结晶得到超长碳链双亲水头基疏水单体。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明的疏水单体具有较长的疏水碳链,具有更强的缔合性能,而且制备简单,易分离提纯;
(2)本发明的疏水单体具有双亲水头基,保证了该聚合单体具有较好的溶解性能,可以直接在水溶液中聚合;
(3)本发明的可聚合物表面活性剂具有较高的聚合活性,可以在水溶液中制备高分子量的疏水缔合聚合物。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1按照步骤制备超长碳链双亲水头基的疏水单体
(1)将0.2摩尔的二溴乙烷溶于丙酮中,在搅拌条件下向丙酮溶液中滴加0.1摩尔的甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯,在室温下反应4小时,减压蒸馏除去溶剂,用丙酮重结晶得到N,N-二甲基溴乙基甲基丙烯酰氧乙基溴化铵中间体;
(2)将0.05摩尔的中间体与0.055摩尔的芥酸酰胺丙基二甲基叔胺加入到乙醇中,室温下反应24小时,减压蒸馏除去溶剂,用丙酮重结晶得到超长碳链双亲水头基的疏水单体。
实施例2超长碳链双亲水头基疏水单体的聚合性能
将摩尔分数为0.8%的该疏水单体与摩尔分数为99.2%的丙烯酰胺配成单体浓度为20%的水溶液,通氮气半小时,升温至45℃并加入引发剂,聚合反应8h,加入乙醇分离、提纯、干燥,得到疏水缔合聚合物。制备的缔合聚合物具有较好的缔合增粘性能,临界缔合浓度仅为0.2%,0.5%的聚合物溶液在170s-1下粘度达到220mPa.s以上,具有较强的疏水缔合性能。

2.如权利要求1所述一种超长碳链双亲水头基疏水单体的制备方法,其特征是依次包括以下步骤:(1)将0.2摩尔的二溴乙烷溶于丙酮中,在搅拌条件下向丙酮溶液中滴加0.1摩尔的甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯,在室温下反应4小时,减压蒸馏除去溶剂,用丙酮重结晶得到N,N-二甲基溴乙基甲基丙烯酰氧乙基溴化铵中间体;(2)将0.05摩尔的中间体与0.055摩尔的芥酸酰胺丙基二甲基叔胺加入到乙醇中,室温下反应24小时,减压蒸馏除去溶剂,用丙酮重结晶得到超长碳链双亲水头基疏水单体。
