Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于油田压裂及提高采收率的疏水缔合聚合物及其制备方法。其技术方案:(1)长碳链甲基丙烯酸酯与二甲胺水溶液按摩尔比1:1~3在20~60℃反应12h,旋转蒸发除掉过量的二甲胺水溶液,得到长链的叔胺;将得到的叔胺与烯丙基氯按摩尔比2~3:1加入到丙酮中,20~60℃反应12h,重结晶得到疏水单体;(2)以丙烯酰胺、疏水单体配置20~30%的溶液,通氮气30分钟,升温至40~60℃,加入引发剂,反应4~8h,分离、提纯、干燥之后得到疏水缔合聚合物。该疏水缔合聚合物制备简单,而且具有良好的增粘性能,在油田压裂液及提高采收率中具有广阔的应用前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种油田压裂和提高采收率用的疏水缔合聚合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
疏水缔合聚合物是指聚合物分子链上带有少量疏水功能单体的一种水溶性聚合物。由于少量的疏水单体的引入,在聚合物溶液中,疏水单体发生缔合作用,使得聚合物分子发生聚集,形成超分子结构,从而表现出特殊的流变性能,具有良好的增稠、耐温、抗盐、抗剪切等性能,因此受到广泛的关注,并在油田压裂及提高采收率中大量的应用。
疏水缔合聚合物通常采用可聚合的表面活性剂作为疏水单体,然而常规的疏水单体缔合性能不理想,而且聚合活性较低。为了提高疏水单体的缔合性能,本发明采用制备了一种可聚合表面活性剂疏水单体,从而制备一种具有较好缔合性能的疏水缔合聚合物。
发明内容
本发明的目的:为了提高疏水缔合聚合物的缔合性能,特提供一种疏水单体及缔合聚合物及其制备方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案。
该疏水缔合聚合物包括丙烯酰胺以及疏水单体两种单体,其结构式如下:
其中R=正构长链烷基,碳数为10~14;m、n是单体摩尔比,m为0.5~2%,n为98%~99.5%。疏水单体的制备包括以下步骤:长碳链甲基丙烯酸酯与二甲胺水溶液按摩尔比1:1~3在20~60℃反应12h,旋转蒸发除掉过量的二甲胺水溶液,得到长链的叔胺;将得到的叔胺与烯丙基氯按摩尔比2~3:1加入到丙酮中,20~60℃反应12h,重结晶得到疏水单体,其结构式如下:

疏水缔合聚合物的制备包括以下步骤:将摩尔分数为0.5~2%的该疏水单体与摩尔分数为98~99.5%的丙烯酰胺配成单体浓度为10~20%的水溶液,通氮气30分钟,升温至40~60℃,加入引发剂,反应4~8h,分离、提纯、干燥之后即得到疏水缔合聚合物。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明的疏水缔合聚合物具有较好的缔合性能以及增稠性能,并且具有更好的抗盐性能;
(2)本发明的疏水单体及疏水缔合聚合物制备简单,易分离提纯。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
(1)按照步骤制备速溶型疏水缔合聚合物
甲基丙烯酸十二酯与二甲胺水溶液按摩尔比1:1.5在30℃反应12h,旋转蒸发除掉过量的二甲胺水溶液,得到长链的叔胺;将得到的叔胺与烯丙基氯按摩尔比2:1加入到丙酮中,30℃反应12h,重结晶得到疏水单体。将摩尔分数为0.5%的该疏水单体与摩尔分数为99.5%的丙烯酰胺配成单体浓度为15%的水溶液,通氮气30分钟,升温至45℃,加入引发剂,反应4h,即得到疏水缔合聚合物。
(2)速溶型疏水缔合聚合物的溶解速率及增粘性能
分别配置2000mg.L-1,2500mg.L-1,3000mg.L-1,4000mg.L-1,5000mg.L-1的缔合聚合物溶液,溶液澄清透明。采用旋转粘度计在170s-1条件下测试缔合聚合物溶液的粘度,当浓度大于3000mg.L-1时,溶液粘度大幅增加,当粘度为5000mg.L-1时,粘度达到182mPa.s,表现出良好的增稠性能。
实施例2
(1)按照步骤制备速溶型疏水缔合聚合物
甲基丙烯酸十四酯与二甲胺水溶液按摩尔比1:3在40℃反应12h,旋转蒸发除掉过量的二甲胺水溶液,得到长链的叔胺;将得到的叔胺与烯丙基氯按摩尔比3:1加入到丙酮中,40℃反应12h,重结晶得到疏水单体。将摩尔分数为1%的该疏水单体与摩尔分数为99%的丙烯酰胺配成单体浓度为20%的水溶液,通氮气30分钟,升温至50℃,加入引发剂,反应30h,即得到疏水缔合聚合物的水分散体。
(2)速溶型疏水缔合聚合物的溶解速率及增粘性能
分别配置2000mg.L-1,2500mg.L-1,3000mg.L-1,4000mg.L-1,5000mg.L-1的缔合聚合物溶液,溶液澄清透明。采用旋转粘度计在170s-1条件下测试缔合聚合物溶液的粘度,当浓度大于2000mg.L-1时,溶液粘度大幅增加,当粘度为4000mg.L-1时,粘度达到279mPa.s,表现出良好的增稠性能。
Claims (3)
3.如权利要求1所述的一种疏水缔合聚合物,其特征是制备方法包括以下步骤:将摩尔分数为0.5~2%的该疏水单体与摩尔分数为98~99.5%的丙烯酰胺配成单体浓度为10~20%的水溶液,通氮气30分钟,升温至40~60℃,加入引发剂,反应4~8h,分离、提纯、干燥之后即得到疏水缔合聚合物。
