Claims (16)
- 직물 기질을 염색하기전, 염색하기전, 염색중 또는 염색후에 셀룰로오스 기질과 양이온의 단위체를 반응시켜 제조한 양이온의 셀룰로오스 그라프트 공중합체를 포함하는 조성물로 직물기질을 처리하는 것을 포함하는, 직물기질의 염색성을 향상시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 셀룰로오스 기질을 셀룰로오스, 히드록시에틸 셀룰로오스, 히드록시프로필 셀룰로오스, 메틸셀룰로오스, 에틸셀룰로오스, 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스 및 카르복시메틸히드록시에틸 셀룰로오스를 포함하는 그룹에서 선택하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 양이온의 단위체가 아래의 일반식을 가지는 방법 :여기서 R1과 R2는 독립적으로 수소 또는 C1-C3알킬이고 ;R3과 R4는 독립적으로 수소, 페닐 또는 C1-C16알킬이고 ; 그리고 X는 음이온이다.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, R1과 R2는 수소이고, R3과 R4는 C1-C4알킬인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 양이온의 단위체가 아래의 일반식을 가지는방법.여기서 A는 -O- 또는 -NH-이고 ; R5는 수소 또는 C1-C3알킬이고 ; R6는 C1-C12알킬렌 또는 C1-C12히드록시알킬렌이고 ; R7는 페닐 또는 C1-C3알킬이고 ; 그리고X는 음이온이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 양이온의 단위체를 아크릴 및 메타아크릴산, 알킬 또는 히드록시 알킬 아크릴레이트 또는 메타 크릴레이트, 아크릴아미드, 메타크릴아미드, 비닐피롤리딘 및 스티렌설폰산염을 포함하는 그룹에서 선택된 공중합 가능한 공단위체의 최고 50중량%로 대체하는 방법
- 직물섬유에 염료수용액을 바르는 단계를 포함하며, 전술한 섬유는 셀룰로오스 기질과 양이온의 단위체로 된 양이온의 셀룰로오스 그라프트 공중합체로 처리하는 것을 포함하는 직물 기질의 염색방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 셀룰로오스 기질을 셀룰로오스, 히드록시에틸 셀룰로오스, 히드록시프로필 셀룰로오스, 메틸셀룰로오스, 에틸 셀룰로오스, 카르복시메틸 셀룰로오스, 및 카르복시메틸히드록시에틸 셀룰로오스를 포함하는 그룹에서 선택하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 양이온의 단위체가 아래의 일반식을 가지는 방법 :여기서 R1과 R2는 독립적으로 수소 또는 C1-C3알킬이고 ; R3과 R4는 독립적으로 수소, 페닐 또는 C1-C16알킬이고 ; 그리고 X는 음이온이다.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 섬유 기질이 히드록시에틸 셀룰로오스이고 양이온 단위체의 R1과 R2가 수소이고 그리고 R3과 R4는 C1-C4알킬인 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 직물기질을 셀룰로오스, 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르, 폴리아크릴로이트릴 및 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 그룹에서 선택하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 염료나 직접 또는 산성염료인 방법
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 전술한 그라프트 공중합체로 처리한 섬유가 염색된 섬유가 되는 오바염색 방법(overdyeing process).
- a) 내구성 프레스수지, 대전방지제, 토양배출제, 난연제, 유연제 및 방수제를 포함하는 그룹에서 선택된 섬유 마무리제, 그리고 b) 셀룰로오스 기질과 양이온 단위체로 된 양이온 셀룰로오스 그라프트 공중합체를 포함하는 직물기질의 처리에 적합한 조성물.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 그라프트 공중합체의 셀룰로오스 기질을 셀룰로오스, 히드록시에틸 셀룰로오스, 히드록시프로필 셀룰로오스, 메틸셀룰로오스, 에틸셀룰로오스, 카르복시메틸 셀룰로오스 및 카르복시메틸히드록시에틸 셀룰로오스를 포함하는 그룹에서 선택하고 양이온 단위체가 아래의 일반식을 가지는 조성물 :여기서 R1과 R2는 독립적으로 수소 또는 C1-C3알킬이고 ; R3과 R4는 독립적으로 수소, 페닐, 또는 C1-C16알킬이고 ; 그리고 X는 음이온이다.
- a) 셀룰로오스 기질과 양이온 단위체와의 반응으로 제조된 양이온의 셀룰로오스 그라프트 공중합체 ; 그리고 그룹에서 선택한 최소한 하나의 섬유 마무리제 : b) 디메틸을 디히드록시에틸렌 요소수지, 요소 포름 알데히드수지, 폴리 산화알킬렌화합물, 폴리 카르복시화합물, 폴리히드록시화합물, 아클리 고분자유탁액, 불소화학물기피제, 실리콘물기피제, 왁스 그리고 인-함유 난연제를 포함하는 직물기질 처리용으로 적합한 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
