Claims (10)
1. Частично кристаллическая пропилен-полимерная композиция, полученная полимеризацией пропилена, этилена и/или С4-С18-алк-1-енов с металлоценовыми катализаторами, причем, по меньшей мере, 50 мол.% содержащихся в них мономерных звеньев образовано полимеризацией пропилена, с температурой плавления Тм в пределах от 65 до 170°С, причем температуру плавления Тм определяют дифференциальной сканирующей калориметрией (ДСК) согласно международному стандарту ISO-Norm 3146 нагреванием со скоростью нагрева 20°С/мин предварительно расплавленного образца и измеряют в °С и она представляет собой максимум полученной кривой, причем частично кристаллическая пропилен-полимерная композиция может разлагаться на от 65 до 85 мас.% основного компонента А, от 10 до 35 мас.% побочного компонента В и от 0 до 25 мас.% побочного компонента С, причем определение содержания компонентов А, В и С осуществляют фракционированием с элюированием при повышающейся температуре, при котором полимеры сначала растворяют в кипящем ксилоле, затем раствор охлаждают со скоростью 10°С/ч до 25°С, а затем сначала растворяют при повышающейся температуре растворимый в ксилоле при температуре (Тм/2)+7,5°С компонент пропилен-полимерной композиции и отделяют от оставшегося твердого вещества, а затем элюируют при повышающейся температуре при всех более высоких температурах: 70°С, 75°С, 80°С, 85°С, 90°С, 94°С, 98°С, 102°С, 107°С, 112°С, 117°С, 122°С и 125°С фракции, растворимые в температурном интервале между этой температурой элюирования и предшествующей температурой элюирования, и при дальнейшей оценке учитывают те фракции, массовое содержание которых составляет от взвешенной композиции полимеров пропилена, по меньшей мере, 1 мас.%, и по всем учтенным фракциям определяют молекулярно-массовое распределение гельпроникающей хроматографией (ГПХ) при 145°С в 1,2,4-трилорбензоле, и основной компонент А образуется всеми учтенными фракциями, элюированными при температуре выше (Тм/2)+7,5°С и имеющими среднюю молекулярную массу Мn (среднечисловую) более или равную 120 000 г/моль, побочный компонент В образуется фракцией, элюированной при температуре (Тм/2)+7,5°С, а побочный компонент С образуется всеми учтенными фракциями, элюированными при температуре (Тм/2)+7,5°С и имеющими среднюю молекулярную массу Мn (среднечисловую) менее 120 000 г/моль.
2. Частично кристаллическая пропилен-полимерная композиция по п.1, причем, по меньшей мере, 85 мас.% содержащихся в ней мономерных звеньев образовано полимеризацией пропилена.
3. Частично кристаллическая пропилен-полимерная композиция по п.1 или 2, причем она образована гомополимеризацией пропилена или сополимеризаций пропилена и этилена.
4. Частично кристаллическая пропилен-полимерная композиция по пп.1-3, причем в качестве металлоцена используют, по меньшей мере, одно соединение, выбранное из группы
диметилсиландиил-бис(2-метилинденил)цирконийдихлорид,
диметилсиландиил-бис(2-метилбенз[е]инденил)цирконийдихлорид,
диметилсиландиил-бис(2-метил-4-фенилинденил)цирконийдихлорид,
диметилсиландиил-бис(2-метил-4-[4’-трет.бутилфенил]инденил)цирконийдихлорид,
диметилсиландиил-бис(2-этил-4-[4’-трет.бутилфенил]инденил)цирконийдихлорид,
диметилсиландиил-бис(2-пропил-4-[4’-трет.бутилфенил]инденил)цирконийдихлорид,
диметилсиландиил-бис(2-изопропил-4-[4’-трет.бутилфенил]инденил)-(2-метил-4-[4’-трет.бутилфенил]инденил)цирконийдихлорид.
5. Частично кристаллическая пропилен-полимерная композиция по пп.1-4, причем температура плавления Тм находится в пределах от 135 до 165°С.
6. Способ получения частично кристаллической пропилен-полимерной композиции по пп.1-5, отличающийся тем, что используют каталитическую систему, содержащую, по меньшей мере, два металлоценовых соединения, а полимеризацию осуществляют в отдельном реакторе.
7. Способ получения частично кристаллической пропилен-полимерной композиции по пп.1-5, отличающийся тем, что используют каталитическую систему лишь с одним металлоценовым соединением, а полимеризацию осуществляют в каскаде реакторов, по меньшей мере, из двух реакторов.
8. Применение частично кристаллической пропилен-полимерной композиции по пп.1-5 для получения пленок, волокон или формованных изделий.
9. Пленки, волокна или формованные изделия, содержащие частично кристаллическую пропилен-полимерную композицию по пп.1-5.
10. Биаксиально вытянутые пленки из частично кристаллической пропилен-полимерной композиции по пп.1-5, имеющие степень вытяжки в продольном направлении, по меньшей мере, 1:3, а в поперечном направлении, по меньшей мере, 1:5.
