Claims (10)
1. Поглощающий материал, содержащий от 50 до 96% по весу оксида алюминия и от 50 до 4% по весу оксидов щелочноземельных металлов, выбранных из оксида кальция и оксида магния, причем весовое отношение оксида кальция к оксиду магния составляет от 90:10 до 50:50, при этом указанный материал имеет BET площадь поверхности, составляющую, по меньшей мере, 100 м2/г.
2. Материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что он имеет кажущуюся пористость от 60 до 80%.
3. Материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что он содержит менее 1% включений других металлов или оксидов металлов.
4. Способ изготовления поглощающего материала, отличающийся тем, что он включает в себя следующие операции:
a) образование пептизированной водной суспензии, которая содержит от 50 до 97% по весу бемита, от 50 до 3% по весу смеси карбоната кальция и карбоната магния, причем относительное весовое отношение карбоната кальция к карбонату магния составляет от 10:1 до 50:50, при этом веса бемита и смеси карбонатов определяют в пересчете на вес твердых веществ в суспензии;
b) формирование изделий желательной формы из пептизированной суспензии; и
c) сушка для удаления воды и затем обжиг полученных изделий при температуре от 650 до 850°С.
5. Способ по п.4, отличающийся тем, что сушку проводят при температуре ниже 150°С.
6. Способ по п.4, отличающийся тем, что обжиг продолжают до тех пор, пока не будет дальнейшей потери веса материала.
7. Способ по п.4, отличающийся тем, что время обжига устанавливают таким образом, что готовый продукт имеет площадь поверхности, составляющую по меньшей мере 200 м2/г.
8. Способ по п.4, отличающийся тем, что бемит пептизируют с использованием органической кислоты.
9. Способ по п.8, отличающийся тем, что пептизирующей кислотой является муравьиная кислота.
10. Способ по п.4, отличающийся тем, что компоненты вводят в таком количестве, чтобы получить состав готового продукта, который содержит от 50 до 96% по весу оксида алюминия и 50-4% по весу оксидов щелочноземельных металлов, выбранных из оксида кальция и оксида магния, причем весовое отношение оксида кальция к оксиду магния составляет от 10:1 до 50:50.
