Claims (10)
1. Насосная система (10), содержащая насос (32), канал (50) входного потока, жидкостно-связанный с насосом (32) для направления крови в насос, и канал (52) выходного потока, жидкостно связанный с насосом (32) для направления крови из насоса, отличающаяся внесердечной конфигурацией и расположением, причем упомянутый насос (32) сконфигурирован для прокачивания крови со средней волюметрической скоростью приблизительно 3,0 л в мин и менее в течение продолжительного времени для направления крови между первым и вторым неглавными кровеносными сосудами для дополнения кровообращения у пациента, причем упомянутый канал (50) входного потока сконфигурирован для соединения с первым кровеносным сосудом подкожно и имеет внутренний диаметр не более приблизительно 25 мл, и при этом упомянутый канал (52) выходного потока сконфигурирован для соединения со вторым кровеносным сосудом подкожно и имеет внутренний диаметр не более приблизительно 25 мл, при условии, что в системе отсутствует оксигенатор.
2. Система по п. 1, в которой насос (32) сконфигурирован для прокачивания с волюметрической скоростью приблизительно 1,5 л в мин и ниже в течение продолжительного времени.
3. Система по п. 1, в которой насос (32) сконфигурирован для прокачивания крови пульсирующим образом, и в которой система далее содержит управление (42), сконфигурированное для синхронной работы насоса (32) во время равнообъемного сжатия и прекращения работы приблизительно тогда, когда аортальный клапан закрывается.
4. Система по п. 1, в которой насос (32) сконфигурирован для прокачивания крови пульсирующим образом, и в которой система далее содержит управление (42), сконфигурированное для работы насоса (32) обычно синхронно во время диастолы.
5. Система по п. 1, в которой насос (32), канал (50) входного потока и канал (52) выходного потока имеют такую конфигурацию, чтобы имплантироваться в пациента с помощью минимально инвазионной процедуры.
6. Система по п. 5, далее содержащая имплантируемый аккумулятор.
7. Система по п. 6, далее содержащая индукционную катушку, сконфигурированную для электромагнитного соединения с аккумулятором для зарядки аккумулятора после имплантации упомянутых аккумулятора и насоса.
8. Система по п. 1, далее содержащая соединитель (70), сконфигурированный для жидкостного соединения либо канала (50) входного потока, либо канала (52) выходного потока с сосудистой системой пациента.
9. Система по п. 1, далее содержащая по меньшей мере один дополнительный канал (250Б) входного потока.
10. Система по п. 1, далее содержащая по меньшей мере один дополнительный канал (252Б) выходного потока.
