Claims (34)
- 患者を処置するためのデバイスであって、
患者の心臓の平均的出力流量よりも実質的に低い流量でもって患者を通して血液をポンピングし得るよう構成されたポンプを具備し、
前記デバイスが、前記ポンプの導出入口に対して連結された少なくとも1つの導管を具備し、この少なくとも1つの導管が、末梢血管に対して流体連通可能に連結されていて、流入導管または流出導管として機能し、
前記ポンプが、このポンプへの血液の導入を案内するための前記流入導管に対して流体連通して連結され得るよう構成された、前記導出入口のうちの導入口を備え、
前記ポンプが、このポンプからの血液の導出を案内するための前記流出導管に対して流体連通して連結され得るよう構成された、前記導出入口のうちの導出口を備え、
前記ポンプが、低侵襲的に埋設可能であるような、なおかつ、皮膚直下においてあるいは第1筋肉層の直下において埋設可能であるような、サイズまたは形状とされていることを特徴とするデバイス。 - 請求項1記載のデバイスにおいて、
