Description
図1〜図7において、この遠心式血液ポンプ装置のポンプ部1は、非磁性材料で形成されたハウジング2を備える。ハウジング2は、円柱状の本体部3と、本体部3の一方の端面の中央に立設された円筒状の血液流入ポート4と、本体部3の外周面に設けられた円筒状の血液流出ポート5とを含む。血液流出ポート5は、本体部3の外周面の接線方向に延在している。
図30は、この発明の実施の形態2による遠心式血液ポンプ装置のポンプ部41の構成を示す断面図であって、図3と対比される図である。また、図31は、図30のXXXI−XXXI線断面図であって、図7と対比される図である。
また、図34は、この実施の形態2の変更例を示すブロック図である。インペラ回転起動時とそれ以外の場合の電源供給を切り替える構成の一例を示している。図34において、この変更例では、図33のパワーアンプ44がパワーアンプ45,46および切換スイッチ47で置換される。図12の時刻t0〜t1では、モータ制御回路43の出力信号がパワーアンプ45に与えられ、パワーアンプ45の出力電圧が切換スイッチ47を介してコイル20に印加され、コイル20に電流I0が流される。時刻t2以降は、モータ制御回路43の出力信号がパワーアンプ46に与えられ、パワーアンプ46の出力電圧が切換スイッチ47を介してコイル20に印加され、コイル20に電流が流される。
図39(a)は、この発明の実施の形態3によるアキシアルギャップ型モータのロータ61を隔壁60側から見た下面図であり、図39(b)はアキシアルギャップ型モータの要部を示す正面図である。
図45は、この発明の実施の形態3によるラジアルギャップ型モータの要部を示す平面図である。
Claims (13)
- 隔壁(6)で仕切られた第1および第2の室(7,8)を含むハウジング(2)と、前記第1の室内(7)において前記隔壁(6)に沿って回転可能に設けられたロータ(10)と、前記第2の室内(7)に設けられ、前記隔壁(6)を介して前記ロータ(10)を回転駆動させる駆動部(18〜20)とを備えた回転駆動装置であって、
前記ロータ(10)の一方面に設けられ、前記ロータ(10)の回転方向に互いに隙間を開けて配列された複数の第1の永久磁石(17)を備え、
各第1の永久磁石(17)は、前記ロータ(10)の回転方向と直交する方向に着磁され、
各隣接する2つの第1の永久磁石(17)の磁極は互いに異なり、
前記駆動部(18〜20)は、
前記複数の第1の永久磁石(17)に対向して配置された複数の第1の磁性体(18)と、
それぞれ前記複数の第1の磁性体(18)に巻回され、回転磁界を生成するための複数のコイル(20)と、
前記ロータの他方面に設けられた第1の磁性体(15)と、前記第1の磁性体(15)を吸引するために前記第1の室(7)の内壁に設けられた第2の磁性体(16)とを含み、
前記第1および第2の磁性体(15,16)の対向面は、異なるサイズを有する、回転駆動装置。 - さらに、前記ロータ(10)に設けられて前記複数の第1の永久磁石(17)の前記隔壁(6)と反対側に配置され、前記複数の第1の永久磁石(17)と磁気的に結合される第2の磁性体(28)を備える、請求項1に記載の回転駆動装置。
- さらに、前記ロータ(10)に設けられ、前記複数の第1の永久磁石(17)と磁気的に結合される複数の第2の永久磁石(29または31)を備え、
前記第2の永久磁石(29または31)は、各隣接する2つの第1の永久磁石(17)の隙間に対応して設けられ、前記ロータ(10)の回転方向に着磁されている、請求項1に記載の回転駆動装置。 - 前記第2の永久磁石(29)は、対応の隙間を前記隔壁(6)の反対側から覆うように配置され、
前記第2の永久磁石(29)の各磁極は、隣接する第2の永久磁石(29)の磁極と同じであり、対応する第1の永久磁石(17)の磁極と異なる、請求項3に記載の回転駆動装置。 - さらに、前記ロータ(10)に設けられ、それぞれ前記複数の第2の永久磁石(29)の複数の隙間に挿入された複数の第2の磁性体(30)を備える、請求項4に記載の回転駆動装置。
- 前記第2の永久磁石(31)は対応の隙間に挿入され、
各第2の永久磁石(31)の第1の磁極は、隣接する2つの第1の永久磁石(17)のうちの隔壁(6)側に第1の磁極が向けられた第1の永久磁石(17)側に向けられ、
各第2の永久磁石(31)の第2の磁極は、隣接する2つの第1の永久磁石(17)のうちの隔壁(6)側に第2の磁極が向けられた第1の永久磁石(17)側に向けられている、請求項3に記載の回転駆動装置。 - 前記第1の永久磁石(17)の前記隔壁(6)に対向する表面の面積に対する前記第2の永久磁石(31)の前記隔壁(6)に対向する表面の面積の比率は、1/2以上で2以下に設定されている、請求項6に記載の回転駆動装置。
- 前記隔壁(80)は円筒状に形成され、
前記ロータ(81)と前記駆動部(90)とは、前記ロータ(81)の径方向に隙間を開けて配置されている、請求項1に記載の回転駆動装置。 - 前記隔壁(6)は平面状に形成され、
前記ロータ(10)と前記駆動部(18〜20)とは、前記ロータ(10)の回転中心軸の延在方向に隙間を開けて配置されている、請求項1に記載の回転駆動装置。 - 請求項9に記載の回転駆動装置を備え、
前記ロータ(10)は、回転時の遠心力によって液体を送るインペラ(10)である、遠心式ポンプ装置。 - 前記液体は血液であり、
前記遠心式ポンプ装置は、前記血液を循環させるために使用される、請求項10に記載の遠心式ポンプ装置。 - 隔壁(6)で仕切られた第1および第2の室(7,8)を含むハウジング(2)と、前記第1の室(7)内において前記隔壁(6)に沿って回転可能に設けられ、回転時の遠心力によって液体を送るインペラ(10)と、前記第2の室(8)内に設けられ、前記隔壁(6)を介して前記インペラ(10)を回転駆動させる駆動部(18〜20)とを備えた遠心式ポンプ装置であって、
前記インペラ(10)の一方面に設けられた第1の磁性体(15)と、
前記インペラ(10)の一方面に対向する前記第1の室(7)の内壁に設けられ、前記第1の磁性体(15)を吸引する第2の磁性体(16)とを備え、前記第1および第2の磁性体(15,16)の対向面は、異なるサイズを有し、
前記インペラ(10)の他方面に設けられ、前記インペラ(10)の回転方向に互いに隙間を開けて配列された複数の第1の永久磁石(17)をさらに備え、
各第1の永久磁石(17)は、前記インペラ(10)の回転中心軸の延在方向に着磁され、
各隣接する2つの第1の永久磁石(17)の磁極は互いに異なり、
前記駆動部(18〜20)は、
前記複数の第1の永久磁石(17)に対向して配置された複数の第3の磁性体(18)と、
それぞれ前記複数の第3の磁性体(18)に対応して設けられて各々が対応の第3の磁性体(18)に巻回され、回転磁界を生成するための複数のコイル(20)とを含み、
前記インペラ(10)の回転中において、前記第1および第2の磁性体(15,16)間の第1の吸引力と前記複数の第1の永久磁石(17)および前記複数の第3の磁性体(18)間の第2の吸引力とは、前記第1の室(7)内における前記インペラ(10)の可動範囲の略中央で釣り合い、
前記インペラ(10)の一方面またはそれに対向する前記第1の室(7)の内壁に第1の動圧溝(22)が形成され、前記インペラ(10)の他方面またはそれに対向する前記隔壁(6)に第2の動圧溝(21)が形成された、遠心式ポンプ装置。 - 前記液体は血液であり、
前記遠心式ポンプ装置は、前記血液を循環させるために使用される、請求項12に記載の遠心式ポンプ装置。
