Abstract
1. Postupak za dobijanje L-fenilefrin hidrohlorida 3, naznačen time, što se polazeći od prohiralnog N-benzil-N-metil-2-amino-m-hidroksiacetofenon hidrohlorida 1 kao edukta vrši u prvom koraku a. asimetrično hidrogenovanje sa [Rh(COD)C1]2 i hiralnim, dvogubim fosfinskim ligandom kao sistemom katalizatora i u drugom koraku reakcije, b. redukciono debenzilovanje sa paladijumorn i vodonikom.
