Abstract

Uređaj za kontinuiranu obradu korišćenih ili na drugi način degradiranih pneumatika sastoji se iz reaktora (1) za termičko razlaganje otpadnih pneumatika u organske proizvode razlaganja u obliku niskomolekularnih ugljovodonika, i neorganskog ostatka. U gornjem delu reaktora (1) formirana je komora (2) za punjenje sa parom ulaznih pregrada (3) za punjenje unutrašnjeg prostora otpadnim pneumaticima i u donjem delu reaktora (1) formirana je izlazna komora (8) za neorganski ostatak sa parom izlaznih pregrada (9), dok su u donjem delu reaktora (1) raspoređene mlaznice (5) za generisanje slabe struje gasovitog inertnog medijuma oksidacijom neizreagovanog ostatka organske materije iz obrađenih pneumatika. U gornjem delu unutrašnjeg prostora reaktora (1) ispod komore (2) za punjenje se zatim formira najmanje jedan odvod (11) za gasoviti inertni medijum, koji se, zajedno sa u njemu raspršenim proizvodima organskog odlaganja u obliku aerosola, sprovodi kroz separator (12) čvrstih čestica i kroz hladnjak (17) u separator (10) čestica tečnosti iz ohlađenog aerosola koji je opremljen prvim krajnjim izlazom (21) čestica tečnosti u rezervoar (22) i drugim, međufaznim izlazom (23) gasnih čestica, koje se sprovode do direktnog korisnika energije sagorevanjem u toplotnim mašinama ili se u pogodnom izvođenju sprovode do komore (24) za hlađenje za separaciju gasova sa temperaturom kondenzacije iznad temperature u ovoj komori. Od komore (24) za hlađenje nastavlja se drugi krajnji izlaz (25) za jedan deo nekondenzovanih gasova i treći krajnji izlaz (26) za preostali deo nekondenzovanih gasova.
