Claims (4)
- 使用済タイヤまたは他の老朽化タイヤを連続的に処理するための装置であり、低分子炭化水素の形態における有機分解生成物および残りの無機廃棄物部分への、これらの廃棄物タイヤの熱分解のための反応器(1)からなる装置であって、
上記反応器(1)の上部において、廃棄物タイヤによってその内部空間を満たすための、一対の充填遮断体(3)を有している充填容器(2)が設けられており、上記反応器(1)の底部において、一対の排出遮断体(9)を有している、残りの無機部分のための排出容器(8)が形成されており、さらに、上記反応器(1)の下部において、処理されたタイヤからの、有機物質の未反応残余物の酸化によって、低刺激性のガス状不活性媒体を生成するためのノズル(5)が配置されており、さらに、上記充填容器(2)の下にある、上記反応器(1)の内部空間の上部において、エアロゾルの形態において当該内部空間に分散されている有機分解生成物とともに、固体粒子のための分離器(12)および冷却器(17)を通って、冷却されたエアロゾルからの液体粒子のための分離器(10)の中に導かれるこの不活性ガス媒体のための、少なくとも1つの排出開口部(11)がさらに設けられており、上記分離器(10)は、熱設備における燃焼による直接的なエネルギー利用に導かれる液体粒子のための、タンク(22)への第1の末端排出部(21)、およびガス状粒子のための第2の動作間排出部(23)を備えており、当該ガス状粒子は、この容器における温度を超えている液化温度を用いたガスの分離のための凍結容器(24)に入れられ、凍結容器(24)から、液化されていないガスにおける一部のための、第2の末端排出部(25)および液化されていないガスにおける残りの部分のための、第3の末端排出部(26)に達していることを特徴とする装置。 - 上記残りの無機部分のための、一対の排出遮断体(9)による排出容器(8)が、上記反応器(1)の軸の側方外側に配置されており、上記反応器の軸に、その底にガス状不活性媒体の生成器(4)が配置されており、ガス不活性媒体を生成するためのノズル(5)が、上記反応器(1)の外部空間から、所望の温度におけるガス状不活性媒体の発熱性ヒーティングまでの空気の通過を決めるための制御バルブ(6)を有しているパイプに接続されているその内部空間にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 上記反応器(1)は、上記反応器(1)の上記底から、側方に配置されている排出容器(8)に、残りの無機部分を廃棄するための押出器(7)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 上記反応器(1)上記反応器は、その充填容器(2)への、処理されるタイヤのためのコンベア(27)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
