Abstract

Inventia se refera la o metoda pentru identificarea acizilor nucleici, prin amestecarea a cel putin doua probe de acid nucleic, o proba detectoare avînd un agent de marcare si o proba de captare avînd legat de ea un membru al unei perechi de afinitate, cu o solutie care contine acidul nucleic de identificat, ajustarea volumului amestecului obtinut cu o solutie tampon si supunerea lui hibridarii, separarea hibridului format între proba detectoare, mostra si proba de captare cu ajutorul unui alt membru al perechii de afinitate fixata pe un suport si determinarea agentului de marcare a hibridului, care adera de suport.
