Abstract

Procedeul de preparare pe cale microbiologica a L-carnitinei, conform inventiei, consta în aceea ca unul din microorganismele Agrobacterium species HK13, HK1331B, HK4 înregistrate în colectia DSM sub numerele 2903, 3225 si 2938 se cultiva în prezenta a 0,1..10% în greutate crotonobetaina si/sau gama-butirobetaina si a unui substrat de crestere ce contine dimetilglicina, colina, sare de acid glutamic, sare de acid acetic si/sau betaina, la temperatura de 20..40gradeC, pH= 6..8, timp de 20..50min, într-un mediu dupa care L-carnitina se izoleaza si se purifica, prin metode cunoscute.
