Abstract
Inventia se refera la o metoda pentru determinarea continutului de aditivi de alimentare într-un nutret animal cu ajutorul reactiei de culoare, conform careia, se amesteca 3...5 g de nutret cu 8...12 ml dintr-un solvent alcoolic, adaugînd 40...60mg de acid 5-sulfosalicilic, acid sulfamic, acid hidroxiaminosulfonic sau acid p-toluensulfonic si 40...60 mg vanilina, acidul si vanilina fiind sub forma de tablete conditionate cu 0,5 mg de lubrifiant în 1,5...2,5 ml de solutie agent tensioactiv la temperatura de 50...70 degree C, culoarea obtinuta fiind comparata cu un registru de culori obtinute prin folosirea unor cantitati standard de agenti de reactie si a unor cantitati cunoscute de aditivi de alimentare.
