Claims (4)
- 계면 활성제의 존재하에 0.15mol/ℓ 인산 칼륨(pH7.9) 내의 25℃에서 스트렙토마이세타시에로부터 얻고 2일 후에 초기 활성의 최소한 활성을 40% 보이는, 과산화 수소를 형성하는 살코신 산화효소.
- 살코신 산화효소를 포함하는 스트렙토마이세타시에 과에 속하는 균주를 배양하고, 그 미생물로부터 효소를 얻는, 제1항의 살코신 산화효소를 얻는 방법.
- 제2항의 방법에 의하여 얻은 살코신 산화효소.
- 제1항 및 제3항의 살코신 산화효소를 사용하여 살코신, 크레아틴 또는 크레아티닌을 정량하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
