Abstract

Inventia se refera la un aparat de sinterizare pentru obtinerea unui aglomerat din minereuri fine de oxid de fier. Instalatia realizeaza o sarja omogena cu permeabilitate ridicata pe un gratar mobil de sinterizare cu asipratie. Materialul care urmeaza a fi sinterizat este adus cu ajutorul unei benzi transportoare, introdus într-in buncar de preluare de unde patrunderea între doua perechi de cilindri montati în partile laterale ale buncarului materialului. Dupa ce a fost compactat între cilindrii, materialul este sfîrîmat sub forma de particule cu ajutorul unor organe dintate si de aici pe un gratar mobil situat deasupra unei camere de depresiune.
